Our stay at Contour Island & Spa, Wayanad was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking view that made every morning feel special. The room service was prompt, professional, and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the team for making the birthday celebration so memorable. The thoughtful arrangements and warm gestures made the day even more special and created memories we’ll cherish forever. Thank you to everyone at Contour Island & Spa for such an amazing experience. Our stay at this resort was overall a pleasant experience, mainly because of its beautiful location. The resort is nestled deep inside a dense forest, about 3 km off-road from the main route. The drive through the dark jungle was quite adventurous and enjoyable. The property offers stunning views of Banasura Lake with large mountains forming a picturesque backdrop — truly a treat for nature lovers.We had booked the basic room since the lake-view one was unavailable. The room was very spacious and came with two balconies but with no 'great views'. It was clean, and the washroom was well maintained. However, the absence of air conditioning was noticed. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. One disappointing experience was with the so-called “complimentary nature walk.” Though it was listed as part of the booking, when we asked at 7.15 am in the morning -the management informed us that it happened at 6:30 AM, and since no one turned up, they simply canceled it without informing guests. It felt a bit misleading.The bonfire activity in the evening was enjoyable and added to the relaxing atmosphere. However, the biggest area of improvement for this resort is definitely the food. The quality and taste were quite poor for a 3-star property, and even the complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with less varieties. Overall: A beautiful and serene location with courteous staff and great ambience, but food quality and transparency in communication need serious improvement.

Had a fantastic experience at Contour Island Resorts & Spa! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Banasura Sagar Dam and lush greenery all around. The ride to the resort itself along forest was unique and beautifully experienced one. The cottages were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.|The resort’s amenities, including the pool, spa, and playing area access, made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in Kerala, Contour Island Resort is the perfect choice. Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one!!! Highly recommended!

Amazing stay ! Views are breath taking! Food was delicious and staffs were courteous and kind. We had opted for pool villa. No complains at all ! All perfect! Even though lake it’s not fully filled with water as monsoon just started!! the view was literally mind blowing! Pool was neat and clean as well but note it is not temperature controlled but it did not matter to us as it was an amazing experience. We would love to visit again.

I would have given 5 stars for service if and only if there was proper communication between us and them. We literally had to spoon feed what we wanted, and once we did that this was one of the best holidays our Prakasam family ever had. 54 people starting from toddlers to grandfathers were at the resort. In-fact the whole resort was ours. All of us enjoyed our stay there, except for the initial hiccup. The staff were overwhelmed with all of us running around the resort simultaneously with so much energy. No complaints in the end. Food was as good as any resort would claim, nothing extraordinary. Rooms were excellent and so was room service. They did serve a mango welcome drink and it was so awesome. The did let me who reached before every other team member do early checking. Massage was awesome and cost effective, for 1200 I got neck, head & shoulder massage. As we had a group booking we got the rooms at a steal deal. Come here if you want a peaceful stay with mind-blowing views from almost every room.
