We have really enjoyed the stay and it was a great trip for us. The view is breathtaking and the infinity pool stretching to Banasura dammlake is a main attraction. The bonfire, the service everything was great. Food was also good.overall it was a nice experience for us.

The location is the biggest highlight—it sits on a private peninsula surrounded by the waters of the Banasura Sagar Dam on three sides. Waking up to the misty mountain views and the glass-like water was magical. We loved spending time in the mountain-edge infinity pool which offers stunning valley views. The staff was incredibly humble and polite, serving up a delicious traditional Kerala breakfast buffet every morning. The evening campfire nights and musical vibes made the trip complete. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for an eco-friendly escape

Our stay at Seagot Banasura Resort♥️ was truly unforgettable and beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and valued. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made our experience even more special. The facilities at the resort are excellent and thoughtfully maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to relax and unwind. The breathtaking views surrounding the property are simply mesmerizing — waking up to such serene natural beauty is a blessing in itself. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which offers a stunning scenic view that instantly refreshes your mind and soul. The campfire experience in the evening was magical, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy, and make beautiful memories. The early morning soft trekking was another wonderful experience. Walking along the calm surroundings with fresh air and peaceful scenery was incredibly refreshing and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, everything — from facilities, service, ambience, and activities — was perfectly organized and delivered with excellence. We sincerely appreciate the entire team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable, and delightful. We stayed at this resort with a group of friends (6 members), and the experience was highly disappointing and far below expectations. We had booked a 2BHK villa 15 days in advance. However, during check-in, the management changed our booking to a 3BHK villa without even asking for our consent. This is completely unprofessional. A booking should never be altered without informing or confirming with the guest. Moreover, the villa provided was of poor quality and did not justify the change. The most serious issue was with the food. We ordered Gobi Manchurian gravy, but shockingly, the dish contained chicken pieces along with gobi. This is a major hygiene and food handling failure. Serving non-vegetarian content in a vegetarian dish is unacceptable. When we raised a complaint, the staff casually said it might have been mixed during packing, which is an irresponsible and unacceptable explanation. The room facilities were also below standard. Although it was a 3BHK villa, only one restroom had a functioning water heater. For the other restroom, we were given a basic water heater rod in the request basis only Even it was not informed before while check in , which is completely unacceptable for a resort that claims to be of high standard. In addition, the bed quality was poor, and the water in the resort did not appear clean. Despite paying ₹10,500 for one night (with complimentary breakfast), the overall experience was not worth the price. Even the breakfast provided was very average and lacked quality. Overall, this resort failed in basic service standards, food safety, and guest management. Definitely not recommended unless there is significant improvement.
