A Disappointing Stay at Korome Hills Resort Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I had high hopes for this getaway, but unfortunately, Korome Hills Resort failed to deliver on almost every front. Here is a breakdown of why I wouldn’t recommend this place: * Unprofessional Staff: The service was the biggest letdown. The staff behavior was consistently rude and unhelpful. Instead of feeling like a guest, it felt like we were an inconvenience to them. * Poor Hygiene: The swimming pool was in a sorry state. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, with visible debris and murky water. For a resort, maintaining a clean pool should be a bare minimum requirement. * Terrible Timing: Don't expect a "morning" meal here. We weren't served breakfast until 10:00 AM, which is ridiculous if you're trying to start your day or have plans to explore the area. Overall, the lack of management and basic hospitality made for a very frustrating experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Very bad experience 😒😒😒 The told the forgot to book the rooms for the date we informed, then they have told they will give another room, rooms are in worst condition, look like a tiny hostel room with 12 beds and a single fan. The won't share dormitory photos since they know, nobody will book is they so the photos. Foods are bellow average You wont get much time in pool Very bad behaviour from staff This is not look like a resort it's look like a lodge room

A good budget- friendly place. The owners were very friendly, the ambience was great and we had a great time. The rooms were neat and clean, the place is spacious.

Very bad experience, small rooms, very bad service, not good for familles. They will give rooms to aothers if they pay more and we will get local rooms look like lodge rooms
