Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room package and rates were definitely worth it. Our children really enjoyed the swimming pool and the barbecue night. Previous management was handled very poorly, now renewed recently open and service was good. Manager Akhil was very friendly and professional. Whenever we called, he responded very quickly and was always helpful. Overall, we are fully satisfied with our stay and would give it 10/10. We will definitely come back again! 😊

Complaint Regarding Unsafe and Unacceptable Stay This review is to report a highly unsatisfactory and unsafe experience at this property. The services and facilities provided were far below basic hospitality standards and did not match what was advertised. Despite the confirmed check-in time of 2:00 PM, we were denied room access until 6:00 PM without any proper explanation. During this time, no arrangements were made for guest comfort. The swimming pool was in an extremely unhygienic condition and appeared structurally unsafe, with uneven water levels and poor maintenance. We had to clean it ourselves just to use it. This poses serious safety concerns. Essential amenities were not provided: No safe drinking water (we were told to use tap water) No hot water or geyser facility No soap or basic toiletries Dirty bedsheets and unclean rooms Broken furniture Insufficient bedding (missing pillows and blankets) The property condition and surroundings did not match the promotional photos. Staff were largely unavailable, and complaints were not handled responsibly. A staff member behaved unprofessionally when questioned, and the manager responded rudely instead of resolving the issues. This experience reflects negligence, misrepresentation, and lack of basic guest safety and hygiene standards. I request that this matter be taken seriously to prevent other guests from facing similar issues.

Worst place to stay. Highly disappointing experience. I strongly feel that the 5-star ratings for this property are either paid or given by their own people. There were no proper amenities at all. The check-in time was 2:00 PM, but we were made to wait until 6:00 PM to enter the room, with no proper explanation. The swimming pool was extremely unhygienic and not cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves and spent our waiting time there due to the delayed check-in. Moreover, the pool structure looked unsafe and could break at any time no safety measures at all. No drinking water was provided. Despite asking multiple times, they kept saying they would bring it. After nearly 2 hours, we were finally told to drink water from the washbasin tap, which is completely unacceptable. There was no soap, no hot water, and the bedsheets were dirty and clearly not washed. One staff member named Sethu behaved very unprofessionally and even tried to create conflict between Tamil and Kerala people when we questioned the poor service. The manager, Sherfudeen, was extremely arrogant during the call. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer respect. Overall, this was a very bad and unsafe experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All Our stay at this resort was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The property lacks even the most basic amenities and is poorly managed in every possible way. The swimming pool is not even inside the property and feels unsafe. It looks like it’s made with sheets, the water level is uneven, not filled properly, and it was not cleaned at all. It felt dangerous rather than enjoyable. There were no basic amenities provided: • No geyser for hot water • No drinking water • Broken chairs • No proper blankets or pillows (1–2 missing in the room) • Rooms and property were not cleaned The view is bad, nothing like what is shown in photos. On top of this, staff were mostly unavailable throughout the trip, and there was no proper support for any issues. Overall, this place is not worth the money, does not meet minimum hospitality standards, and feels neglected and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay.
