Worst service experience. The staff didn’t even bother to check on guests’ basic needs throughout our stay. The rooms were also in poor condition, with an unpleasant smell that persisted for all three days. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The property was decently furnished & handed over to us in a good condition. It is in a great location, just a 300 metres walk from the vagamon town centre, & you can see the lake right outside your room. It also comes with a plenty of parking space. However, driving there can be a bit challenging because the approach roads are steep, narrow, and mostly unpaved. As for the room itself, the lighting is decent and is reasonably priced compared to other options in town. That said, there are two minor issues. 1st, the ceiling fan is positioned a bit too far from the beds, which cuts down the air flow. 2nd, privacy felt a little compromised because the windows are not tinted or colored. An extra cloth has to be used to completely block the view from outside.

Total waste of money. They didn't provide any basic facilities also. For an emergency there was no one at the reception. Only way to contact them is through only phone, but no response when we call them. Once in a while they will attend the call but very harsh,rude and irresponsible answer they gave me. Don't get disappointed seeing the photo they posted.
