Le Crown Hotel Vagamon

Only location is good. You can enjoy beautiful view. Complimentary breakfast was below average. We had to wait 30 minutes to get even poori and curry and that was not tasty. I also ordered chicken fried rice from the restaurant. That food was good but amount was Rs 345. So better to have food from outside. Cleaninees: Hotel room is good and clean . But bathroom near restaurant and reception was not clean. Even it is a new property how the management missed these things especially bathroom near reception also. For this price I don’t feel like to give any star. Staff also very unprofessional especially during complimentary break fast time. I booked this property through booking .com. But till I visit the property I didn’t get any follow up call and also after reaching there, staff didn’t ask about any requirements. Since as a customer when I spent this much amount I expect some professional approach from your side.

Had a wonderful family stay at Le Crown Hotel this week end. The rooms were very clean, spacious can accommodate extra bed and offered a beautiful mountain and lake view. The reception staff were extremely cordial, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. The spacious parking facility was very convenient. Complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and chai were a lovely addition. The infinity swimming pool on the terrace was amazing, and the gym facility on the 2nd floor along with free Wi-Fi made the experience even better. The daily 8 o’clock campfire with DJ music added great fun and made the evenings truly memorable. Overall, it was a truly great and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Le Crowne in Vagamon was a pleasant new discovery for us. Conveniently located right next to the Vagamon market, the property is well maintained and offers easy access to the town. Having stayed at multiple places in Vagamon over the years, we'd say this is a safe and reliable choice, especially for first-time visitors. Being able to walk to the market is definitely a bonus. The hotel offers a swimming pool, ample parking space, and even had a DJ performance in the evening, which added to the atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. Our only concern was with the air conditioning. The AC in our first room wasn't working, and although we were shifted to another room, the cooling there wasn't much better. Overall, we had a decent stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient hotel with modern amenities, Le Crowne is a good option. However, if you're after a secluded, nature-filled, or adventurous Vagamon experience, this may not be the ideal choice, as it feels more like a business hotel than a hill retreat.

Best star hotel experience in heart of Vagamon with beautiful nature views. Nice expertise with family and kids. Break fast also good. Staff are polite, kind and supportive. Hospitality and rooms matching with four star hotels in Gulf . Thanks

If you are looking for a good place to stay with restaurant this is good option. Safe for kids, food is okay, good service as well.however connectivity to reception or restaurant is hard..no intercomoption or was not working . The main reason i booked this seeing the pool, however pool area does not look neat or safe.. full water all over the place and since on top floor very risky. Also due to the climate it not possible to use as they dnt have the warm water option. Outdoor activities basket ball option, kids park , campfire and DJ was there at night which was good... service tea and coffee out side would be a really good option to look for. Staffs are well behaved and good. Connectivity to all placed are good right at the center.
