Water was not coming in pipes at night Time, commode was not cleaned well, no plate cleaning soaps provided, no water filter, fridge and microwave oven provided. Often we faced power fluctuation issues.

Here's a review based on your experience: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The view was stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat. The caretaker, Mr. Reji, was exceptional - prompt, responsible, and humble. He ensured all our needs were met in a timely manner. The cottage provided all the basic necessities, making our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Idam Resort in Vagamon is truly a hidden gem! 🌿✨ Nestled amidst the lush hills, it offers a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The views are simply breathtaking, with misty mountains and green valleys stretching as far as the eye can see. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, blending comfort with nature. The hospitality here is exceptional—the staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to make your stay memorable. The food is delicious, offering a mix of local flavors and international options. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying the tranquility of the place was pure bliss. If you're looking for peace, natural beauty, and great service, Idam Resort is the place to be. The cottage is located on a hilltop, surrounded by trees and nature, making it feel like you are living in a jungle (expect insects and close the windows in the evening). The breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Decent rooms, but not spacious. Cottage C1 is a bit small for a family of more than four people.

It is a beautifully constructed cottage on top of the hill . The view of the valley from this cottage is breathtaking. This is one of the best peaceful destination to enjoy vacation your family Spacious room with great view The staffs are very supportive. The food also very good Highly recommended
