We had a nice and wonderful experience to stay there, our whole family felt like a homly atmosphere ,especially cleanliness and children friendly.Moreover, the service was very good and supportive.

Minus 5* negative vibes (I'm giving it a single star because I can't give negative stars here) This is the first time in my life that I have to give a negative star to an institution. The name of the homestay is the secret garden, Vagamon. My brother-in-law booked the room directly by getting the number online. We arrived there with high expectations after seeing the pictures they had sent us via WhatsApp. (I'm attaching the pic they were sent to us) The situation there was very bad. The caretaker was in a hurry to leave so quickly after taking the remaining amount in advance. They demanded payment before seeing the room. The room in the picture bore no resemblance to what we saw in person. Moreover, what we saw there were old and worn mattresses, window panes that were about to fall out, and curtains that were dusty and had been washed for years. The surroundings were beautiful, but the homestay was poorly maintained. It was an old building that had been deceptively arranged without any maintenance. There was no privacy, no facilities, and the toilets were smelly and stale. When we spoke to the person who booked us on the phone, all we heard was a tone of arrogance. Although I asked for the advance money to be returned, the caretaker was not willing. Finally, after much arguing with the owner, I got the money back. They had quoted Rs. 10,000 for 3 rooms. We then got 4 rooms at the beautiful Grasmere Resort for Rs. 11,000. This was the worst experience of my life

Best place to enjoy the vacation by disconnecting completely from the busy schedules and to fall in love with nature again and again! We will be visiting this place again soon. We had spent one of our best times here! We booked through Weekend Planner Kerala and all went very well, excellent service and all was within my budget.

Beautiful location. The main highlight of this property is the swimming pool which is located in between the tea plantation. The view of the pool with mountains in the background is simply awesome. The room in the first floor is good and spacious but in the ground floor rooms are small. Kitchen facility is also available.

Pool is the main attraction. The accomodation provided is basic, lots of beds, and clean but tiny washrooms. Best for a group of bachelors. The food they provide is costly and not very tasty. We spend around 14k for stay + food,(8 people). We enjoyed the pool, but worth the money? Not really.
