I had only requested a surprise cake for my husband's birthday , but the team exceeded all expectations by beautifully decorating the venue and creating a magical atmosphere for the celebration. The effort, thoughtfulness, and love that went into every detail made the evening incredibly special. Seeing the team stay back and celebrate with us made the moment even more touching and memorable. One word - Wow❤️ The location is stunning, nearby all main sightseeing locations. The Breakfast spread is very good. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The overall vibe of the resort is easily of a 5 star. The staff is friendly and professional. Easily one of the best in Vagamon. Awesome family stay – highly recommended! ​We just wrapped up a family trip here with my wife and our two kids, and it was honestly fantastic. ​First off, the room was huge—easily accommodated the four of us without us feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. But the real highlight was the view. Looking out at the mountains from the room was incredible, especially when the fog rolled in across the valley between the two mountain ranges right in front of the resort. It was absolutely beautiful. ​Even though it’s the height of summer right now, the weather was amazing—hovering around a super pleasant 23 degrees the whole time. The property itself is gorgeous and really well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and a great pool area. The kids absolutely loved the playing turf and the pool, which added a really fun vibe to the place. ​Food-wise, the breakfast buffet was a massive hit. They had a great spread—everything from poori bhaji, live dosas, idlis, puttu kadala, and poha for veg, to sausages, omelets, and a really good chicken stew for non-veg. Dinner options were a bit limited because of the ongoing gas crisis from the Iran war, but the quality of the food was still excellent. ​What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and just went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. ​Overall, it was total value for money. If you're looking for a great family getaway, this place is highly recommended!

The location The location is the highlight of this property. We took the plantation view room, and it was really tooo good in terms of the view, ambience, comfort, and privacy. We could enjoy all this beauty simply by lying on the bed. We can also walk through the tea estate. The property itself is big enough for us to walk around and enjoy the location. Please watch the attached videos. When you are inside, it’s like another world. Amenities-wise, the room is really rich, spacious, clean, and warm. The glass partition overlooking the plantation is really special. The restaurant space is also too good. The views from there are mind-blowing. We could see the hills around getting covered and uncovered by mist while sitting there. The food is also good. The teatime there is really special. They have facilities like a recreation room with TT, pool table, carrom, foosball, etc. They have a pool with a relaxing view, a one-hour rain dance floor, and a roofed campfire space. They have rooms with a wide range of rents, and everything is arranged well.
