Green haven resort

Don't trust these guys they take booking and cancel it for higher price direct booking without even informing us.we booked and experienced the same after reaching the destination.First ever worst experience. We had to stay on road for two hours to find another booking as it was peak season with kids and elders in mist and rain.

Poor Customer service and unreliable staff. Food quality is low quality and low quantity as well. Rooms didn't have adequate lighting and had unwashed bedsheets. The extra beds provided are very small in width and poor quality.

Villas: - Dirty and untidy place. - Bed covers and blankets are dirty, smelly and old - Too expensive for the rooms, not worthy for 6K Service: - No food, even if you want to pay. - Villa does not have kitchen, if ordered, staffs get you food from near by villas (at the mercy of other villa) - Does not have basic facility other than 2 bottles of water a day overall : - Not a good place for a holiday - only plus, is the location

The stay experience here was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and are comparatively new. And the property owner Shain was there to help if you need anything. There's also a short walkway into a tea plantation where you are treated with a fantastic view. You can also get the equipments for barbeque set up on request. The served food is also good but there's room for improvement.

Best place to hang out with friends or family. The staffs are very friendly and the rents for the rooms and cottage are reasonable. The resort is in the middle of a tea plantation and it has got an excellent view. The food is average and a bit pricey.
