Kudos Admire Beach Resort

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout the stay and the food was delicious with good variety. The overall ambience was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for one night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We were a family of three and booked a single room with an extra bed. However, the room was not clean at all—it was covered in dust, and basic amenities were completely missing. There was no kettle, no chairs, and even essential items like buckets in the bathroom were not provided. Additionally, there were no toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, or even handwash. There wasn’t even a bathroom freshener. The condition of the room was quite poor, with spider webs on the ceiling and inadequate curtains. The room lock was not working, and we had to request a room change. However, the second room was in a similar condition, with no proper amenities. We even had to take a blanket from another room for our use. There also seemed to be no proper management on-site. The only person available was a caretaker, who was neither helpful nor welcoming. We had to repeatedly ask for even the smallest things. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and not an experience we would recommend.

Don't go by the positive reviews of this resort. The only positive point about this is it's very close to the beach. Nothing else. Had a very inconvenient and troublesome experience here right from the checkin. I booked the room with breakfast but they didn't have a restaurant and didn't provide any breakfast. Rooms are filthy, full of dirt and smell bad. Flush don't work. They don't have a power back up. The staff is confused themselves and do not know what to do. If you have to say by the beach side then you can come here but don't expect anything. Never staying here again.

Whoever is choosing this based on the reviews and google photos like me, please reconsider your decision. The rooms were not at all maintained. The washroom was very unhygenic. With the kind of materials and fittings used, one can say the owners did put a lot of effort building it but it is not at all maintained. I was charged more than 5k/night for a room that wont even pass for 2k. Basic toiletries was not provided. I booked through agoda with breakfast. Let me tell you there was no facility for that. Whoever has given the reviews i dont know on what basis they did but my expirience is worse than horrible. Location is the only plus point, otherwise it's a nightmare. Beach is at your doorstep, for all other things if you donot have a personal vehicle or rent a scooty then god bless you.

One of the worst resort I have ever visited. They do not have power backup. When asked they said power back is not mentioned in terms and conditions of. Due to power we told we can't stay and they told us that we need to pay cancellation fees. Now owners stopped receiving our call to refund the pending amount apart from cancellation charges. Rooms also are very dirty. Sea view rooms are also not actually a sea view. It's blocked by trees and walls. DO NOT BOOK this property.
