A Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful New Property! Our stay was truly wonderful! The property is brand new, with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. It offers a variety of accommodation options suitable for friends, families, and couples. The amenities are top-notch — a beautiful pool, plenty of indoor games, and a serene location right by the backwaters make it a perfect getaway. Although à la carte dining wasn’t available during our visit (as the property was newly opened), the breakfast spread was outstanding. Entry to the property is hassle-free, with 24/7 security available to assist — just a single horn and the gate is opened! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us in planning our day trips to nearby attractions. While the beach is about 9 km away, everything else about the property makes it a fantastic place to relax and explore. Highly recommended! Thank You, Diya and Amar! We had an amazing getaway at Still Waters! The resort is peaceful and beautiful, with comfortable rooms, stunning lake views, and a great pool area. The restaurant served fantastic food and beverage service What made our stay extra special was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. A special thanks to NANDU and ANANDHU,who were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

My recent stay at this property was just average. The lake view was the only best thing in the resort. Food options were limited and breakfast was really bad for the first day of stay. No outdoor play area for kids other than a pool. Very unprofessional behaviour by one of the front desk guy ( not sure of his name) and completely unwelcoming experience.

We recently stayed at this property with our family, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared untrained and lacked basic hospitality etiquette. On both nights, dinner service was excessively delayed — so much so that some members of our family had to leave without completing their meal. Even the dishes we had specifically ordered were not served in full, and this issue persisted throughout our two-day stay. Breakfast options were very limited, and basic items were either unavailable or not fresh. The cereal, in particular, was stale — something that should never happen at a property claiming to offer quality service. We made multiple attempts to communicate our concerns, but the response was indifferent at best. There was no effort to resolve the issues — just a casual “okay,” with no accountability or corrective action. Overall, the lack of service standards and responsiveness was disappointing. I would strongly suggest considering other properties if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

We had a beautiful stay at Stillwater, Varkala. The hospitality was warm, the service was prompt and thoughtful, and the team ensured everything felt effortless. Set in a peaceful location yet close to the main spots, it offers the perfect balance of calm and convenience.
