⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality We had a fantastic stay at Banasura Hill Resort. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Rajesh for his exceptional hospitality and to Mr. Rahul and the front office team for their kind support. The food was delicious, and the restaurant team provided excellent service. Overall, it was a memorable experience. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend Banasura Hill Resort to anyone visiting Wayanad. Thank you to the entire team!

Absolutely loved the stunning location and the beautiful backdrop of Banasura Hill Resort, which makes the stay truly special. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The nature trail was beautiful, while the stream visit and viewpoint excursions were definitely worth experiencing. I’d rate the rooms 4.5 stars (twin villa category) as they felt quite basic compared to the overall charm and experience of the resort.

Everything was perfect, the location ambiance staff. All personnel deserve 5⭐. Food was great. Well maintained. Enjoyed the stay. Everything was smooth. Only faced one issue with booking. Somehow the person behind the booking number was either not interested/ was not explaining things correctly. Called the hotel reception where they asked to book from online websites which was what we did at the end. I personally prefer booking with a person as we may have lapses with online booking vs actual sometimes. Only suggestion to management is please smoothen the booking process. Sending two PDFs with some uncommon abbreviations for prices will not help customers. I have had much better booking experiences for horrible hotels.

We had a lovely time. Everything was superb. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. A must-stay-here kind of place. Thanks to the ease of getting things done, right from the booking team, to the facilities (Vijesh) and ofcourse the overall operations (Rajesh). A big shout out to all of them.
