My experience at Fortune Garden and Resort for my marriage function on January 29th, 2024, was incredibly disappointing. Here are the key points that highlight the shortcomings of the resort: Delay in Handover: The resort was not handed over to us on time, causing significant delays in our planned programs. This delay led to rooms not being properly cleaned and water not being provided promptly, disrupting our guests' comfort and experience. Poor Maintenance: Upon visiting the garden, I noticed that some of the couches were dirty and torn. Despite bringing this to the attention of the garden owner (Lokesh) and subsequently the manager (Lalit), the issue was not resolved. Despite their commitment to replace the dirty couches, they remained unchanged during the event. Lack of Essential Arrangements: Basic arrangements such as rolling out the carpet for the bride and groom's entry to the stage were overlooked, reflecting a lack of attention to detail and disregard for essential ceremonial traditions. Uncomfortable Seating: Instead of providing appropriate couches, the resort provided simple, dirty sofas for the bride and groom at the stage. This was highly uncomfortable and detracted from the overall experience. Inadequate Security Measures: Despite claiming to have cameras in the garden, the footage was of poor quality, with many cameras not even functioning properly. This became evident when my mother-in-law's purse, containing valuable cash and jewelry, was stolen during the event. Despite identifying a suspect through the footage, the poor quality made it impossible to clearly identify the culprit. Lack of Responsiveness: Upon raising concerns about the camera quality, it was revealed that the management had already requested the owner to install new cameras. However, the owner Lokesh was unwilling to invest in this necessary improvement, demonstrating a lack of commitment to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests. Overall, my experience at Fortune Garden and Resort, Bhopal, was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite charging exorbitant rates, the resort failed to deliver on basic services such as proper decoration, comfortable seating, and adequate security measures. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable and hassle-free event experience.

The location of the resort is very good. Ambience, decoration and food is excellent. However, better maintainence of rooms and slightly improvement in service will make this place awesome for any function. Overall experience is good but for the maintainence of rooms like ensuring continuous water supply, shower, toilet flush and sound system. Due to this I would rate the pace as 4 star
