Very poor service no service phone inside cottage. Basic amenities like hot kettle, hanger , chair inside room . Hanger inside wash room and poor room service. Safety concern window can be opened from outside. Many more issues

This is one of the great properties around Bhopal for weddings and other small events. The cottages rooms are so spacious, clean and cozy. Other rooms are giving all vintage vibes. They have a restaurant which serves great food with so much value. The ambience is really great in daytime. Just the place loses a bit of it's charm during rains and monsoon, so avoid getting held back by that. Else this is a must visit place in Bhopal.

Amazing place with nature all around, birds chirping, the music, the books everything. The moment you enter the cafe, you find bliss and calm engulfing you. There's a big budhha statue at the entrance which a positive vibe. There were ample seating options available. The lighting was little dim but it was also setting up the mood. We tried the veg platter and mushroom cheese stuffed. The mushroom cheese was amazing, and i wasn't expecting it to be this tasty. 😋😋😋 Kid-friendliness: Pram available , toddler seats, park, swings and playground available. Parking: Ample parking space available Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair is available. It far from the city with no noise of urban crawling and nothing, peaceful place.

They don't have arrangements for electric kettle in rooms in winter and on request, they told they will arrange but could not provide the same. We went in with family, booked rooms for 2 days for event, but no service was made, even no landline in rooms to call housekeeping/reception. No room service provided for in-house staying guests. Also, the manager, Pramod Gupta wasn't professional enough as he stood in front of our dining table for collection of complete amount at night, rather than planning the same at any time in day, which was ridiculous behaviour! Last but not the least , they provide only one mineral water bottle per room even for 2 double beds (4pax capacity) rooms without providing the fresh ones for next day unless called out for. Last but not the least , the breakfast gets delayed on the day of check-out beyond 12 pm but time of check -out is non adjusted and they start cleaning the room even before you leave the same !!! Horrible hospitality!!
