Excellent place to host any event. Attended a wedding organised there. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Front office and house keeping staff were courteous and Banquet sales Executive Priya Singh was understanding, responsive and sympathetic to our needs. Overall a memorable experience. Food was also very good.

We booked this place for a 3 day visit at bhopal. The decision to book here was based on the past experience of hosting a wedding at this location. The rooms were good but the experience with the front desk staff with the guests visiting us ruined the entire experience. I would expect a better service for the price we paid at this place. Next time, I would go for the other options at the better rate.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The highlight of my stay was the staff. During my visit, I was assisted by front office managers Ankita and Akash Deep, who were extremely polite and dedicated to hospitality. Their behavior towards guests was exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bhopal.

Amazing stay, had comfort and relaxing weekend stay over here, special thanks to Khushboo for helping us promptly whenever we needed any help for our kid. Hotel staff is kind enough to go beyond their duty to make their guest comfortable , 5/5 for their hospitality services.

STAY AWAY – DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR ANY BIG EVENTS: Horrible experience; terrible service and rude staff. We booked Safal Retreat for our wedding, which was supposed to be a 3-day event. From the start, their rates seemed suspicious, and just 3 DAYS before our Haldi ceremony, they told us they had double-booked the venue. They were trying to make extra money by having us share the venue with another party, even though we had booked the entire place, including all rooms, for the full 3 nights and 2 days. After arguing with us for over 4 hours and never admitting their mistake, they told us to "find a different venue" just 3 days before the ceremony. We had to quickly find a new venue, reprint cards, and handle all the logistics for the new location. This was not even the first time they had double booked us. A month before the wedding, we found out they had double-booked us again for the cocktail ceremony, forcing us to move it to a third venue. After all this trouble (and they are double charging for the booked venue by double booking it to two different parties TWO TIMES), they suddenly increased their charges and started demanding extra money right before our baraat arrived. The room quality was poor, and they even charged us for "room damage" without any reason or explanation. We didn’t even have hot water in the groom's room, which was supposed to be their best suite. Worst of all, they never apologized or offered a refund despite their mistakes and were rude to us and our guests throughout the stay. The management was the worst, and their behavior was extremely unethical. Avoid them completely. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY IMPORTANT EVENTS.

I visited for a friend's marriage, The rooms were very good, nice and clean, there is a hall in the ground floor for functions inside(People approx), and a large lawn for outside function also there was closed room for dining, ample parking space, Service was good.
