7 Hills Resort

7 Hills Resort has a decent setup with a party hall, restaurant, rooms, and a swimming pool. They allow pool access for families on a per-person basis, which is convenient. However, the pool hygiene is poorly maintained — the water was dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The food quality also doesn’t justify the pricing and could definitely be improved to match expectations. With better upkeep and food quality, this place has good potential.

Though the location is good, the service is worst. I am very much sure that it's the worst place in Gwalior in terms of service, staff behaviour and owner. Being in such business they don't have any sense of hospitality. If you value your respect, this place is not for you. Thank you Sorry, but this is my first such review about any place. But it is important to tell such fact so that someone else doesn't face such disrespectful behaviour that too after paying high charges.

The place has a nice view, but the overall experience was not great. The food wasn’t good, and the staff was too few to manage guests properly. When we went as a group of 20, it took them almost an hour to serve the food — and by then, it was cold. Clearly not equipped to handle large groups. Needs serious improvement in service and kitchen management.

I recently stayed at and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the supervisors. While the location and amenities were decent, the aggressive and unprofessional attitude of the supervisor completely ruined my experience. From the moment we checked in, their rude tone and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they responded with hostility, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. On one occasion, they even raised their voice at us over a minor request, which was completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. I expected better customer service from a resort of this reputation. It’s unfortunate that one staff member’s behavior can overshadow an entire stay. Unless management addresses such issues, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff are properly trained in handling guests professionally.

The stay was amazing, The rooms are neat and clean, The pool with waterfall is a killer combo which gives the feeling just dive into it! The food and staff is also good. Overall stay was pleasure, will surely book in our next trip. Thanks to 7 hills for making our stay wonderful!!

Absolutely disappointed with 7 Hills Resort, Gwalior. Visited on 30th June 2025, and had a very bad experience: • They charged ₹80 for an ice cream cone whose MRP is ₹35. That’s more than double the price! • This is completely illegal and unethical. As per law, no one can sell above MRP. • In the past, they have also charged more than MRP for 2L soft drinks. • When I questioned the staff politely, they responded rudely and arrogantly. No apology, no explanation, just bad attitude. Such behavior and open overcharging of customers is shameful. Strongly urge others to avoid this place until they start respecting consumer rights and treat customers properly. 🧾 I have lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Helpline as well.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with all services provided. Food is great. Staff is kind and cooperative. Pool is big and clean. Taken good care of hygiene

I booked it for a day for a marriage function. My experience has been bad. No bellboy service to carry luggage. Noone picking up the service call on the reception when we were ringing from hotel rooms. There was no night service. They switched off lights in the garden mid night however the function was going on there. ACs were out of service for many rooms. Mattress were dirty. And many more problems. Only the look is attractive of this place.
