7 Hills Resort

I came here to share the fantastic experience I had during a family outing at this resort. I noticed a few negative reviews online, but honestly, they don’t do justice to the exceptional service and atmosphere this resort offers. From the moment we arrived, the gorgeous property, spotless rooms, and stunning views welcomed us. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. The food was fresh, flavorful, and simply delicious, while the amenities — from the pool to the lush garden — were top-notch. As for the price, I believe “good things come with a price,” and this place is worth every penny. The most charming highlight? The beautiful palm trees with natural bird nests, filling the air with the soothing sound of chirping. In short, this resort is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already eager to return!

The place has a nice view, but the overall experience was not great. The food wasn’t good, and the staff was too few to manage guests properly. When we went as a group of 20, it took them almost an hour to serve the food — and by then, it was cold. Clearly not equipped to handle large groups. Needs serious improvement in service and kitchen management.

7 Hills Resort has a decent setup with a party hall, restaurant, rooms, and a swimming pool. They allow pool access for families on a per-person basis, which is convenient. However, the pool hygiene is poorly maintained — the water was dirty and didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. The food quality also doesn’t justify the pricing and could definitely be improved to match expectations. With better upkeep and food quality, this place has good potential.

Wonderful place to enjoy and relax with friends or family.The resort ambience is really very good.The rooms were very cozy and comfortable.Pool area is the best . Especially Manager Mr Gaurav Tiwari and his team is worth praising. Luv to visit again and enjoy.

Though the location is good, the service is worst. I am very much sure that it's the worst place in Gwalior in terms of service, staff behaviour and owner. Being in such business they don't have any sense of hospitality. If you value your respect, this place is not for you. Thank you Sorry, but this is my first such review about any place. But it is important to tell such fact so that someone else doesn't face such disrespectful behaviour that too after paying high charges.

Absolutely disappointed with 7 Hills Resort, Gwalior. Visited on 30th June 2025, and had a very bad experience: • They charged ₹80 for an ice cream cone whose MRP is ₹35. That’s more than double the price! • This is completely illegal and unethical. As per law, no one can sell above MRP. • In the past, they have also charged more than MRP for 2L soft drinks. • When I questioned the staff politely, they responded rudely and arrogantly. No apology, no explanation, just bad attitude. Such behavior and open overcharging of customers is shameful. Strongly urge others to avoid this place until they start respecting consumer rights and treat customers properly. 🧾 I have lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Helpline as well.
