NillAbsolutely disgusting experience. The service gets worse by the day. We've been loyal customers since the day this place opened up and it just got worse. Recently, even the service was bad. The waiters won't listen, they won't take orders or requests properly, there's no hygiene or maintainance. It's just a flea market of people with no proper reception or management by the hotel. It's just a bunch of people roaming around not listening. We know people there personally and the business is worth closing up, coz it's not even clean or the bare minimum of a hotel service. Just the name that's all do not go there if you wanna save your petrol and money.

NillI had the worst customer experience at Vilayati Dhaba. The management lacks basic customer service skills; their conversations were full of ego. The person at the billing counter even got into an argument and fight with us over their own parking mismanagement, leaving our car stuck for an hour. He refused to take any action to help and when I got angry about this, he tried to convert it to physical fight. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers and it's not even safe for families. A restaurant's success depends on how they treat their customers, and if this continues, they won’t last long.
