Playotel resort

I recently stayed at playotel and what truly stood out to me was the outstanding performance of the hotel staff throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly efficient with check-in, providing clear information about the amenities and answering all my questions patiently. Throughout the stay, the housekeeping staff maintained high standards of cleanliness and were always courteous when encountered in the halls. Room service was prompt and polite, and any special requests were handled quickly and with care. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond. Whether it was arranging a last-minute airport transfer or recommending local restaurants, every interaction felt personal and sincere. It’s clear that the staff are well-trained, professional, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

"Had a great stay within budget! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable—perfect to snuggle into after a long day. The swimming pool was a great bonus—clean, safe, and not too deep, making it ideal for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended

We had a great experience over here, we love to food taste and services, all the staff is amazing and cooperative, view is beautiful and room is comfortable. Nice place to stay and enjoy. Well maintain and ambience is great. Overall stay was fantastic

The resort is in the outer area, so there is no traffic to suffer from. The staff's friendly and efficient service really made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The variety and quality of the food were really good. The only cons are the low depth of the swimming pool and parking is quite limited here.

Excellent place! Room is very best & large. Arjun in reception is doing a wonderful job! Location. rooms atmosphere. service. cleanliness. amenities are top notch. The overall value is good. This is the best place to stay with family. . Thank you!

Had an amazing time at Playotel! 🍹😋 The mocktails and drinks were super refreshing, and the food was just delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served! 🍽️✨ Loved spending time at the pool 🏊‍♂️🌞, it was clean and perfect for relaxing. But honestly, the highlight was the wonderful staff—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring! 😊🙌 If you're looking for a place with great vibes, tasty food, awesome drinks, and fantastic hospitality, Playotel is definitely the spot! Recently had a get together here. The staff here is very polite. Food is truly exceptional. If you are looking for calm ambience with less crowd than this is definitely a place to be.

The experience was good and also the ambiance and food. All the staff were nice and polite the resort environment is peaceful. Front desk staff is nice especially thanks to miss minakshi.
