I stayed in a cottage, and the room was comfortable with good room service. The maintenance and hygiene were up to standards, and the staff was very polite. Punjabi Food Quality is good . However, we noticed that some activities, such as go-karting and kathputli performances, were missing. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay

I visited on September 15th and unfortunately, the food quality was very poor. The next day, I got sick with food poisoning. Additionally, I suspect that the ghee is not pure, and I believe they are not maintaining proper hygiene standards.

One of the worst options to stay at Indore. The hotel is continuously playing drums in front of the rooms at the loudest possible volume. It is nearly impossible to sleep or relax in the rooms. Amenities and infrastructure is also very basic. Also. It is quite far from indore so you can't easily go to the city.

Rooms were in pathetic condition none of the ac were in working condition and washroom were stinking very badly we decided to change the room but not even a single room in royal cottage category were worth staying. We were continuously looking for another room till midnight 12:00am. There were house fly in the room , stinking bedsheets and on top of that there was. Power cut off and shortage of water supply. very horrible disgusting and disappointing experience . Would never ever recommend this place for even a single day stay 😠😡

Very bad experience. Somehow managed 3 nights. Stinking bathroom. No hot water. Poor breakfast.

Very dirty changing rooms and pools. Animals are in poor condition. Even after charging Rs.500 for entry and food, food quality wasn't good, the curd in raita and shrikhand was stale, we couldn't consume it. It's a waste of money.

Chokhi dhani in Indore is a very bad place at all..... Their is nothing....... And charges very high .... No new thing to see in their place Wasted of money....... So don't go anyone... Food is also not good

They provide animal rides. Condition of animals is not good. Their handling is also not proper. Many of them are injured. In their disco theatre their is no ventilation, no air supply and fans, its feels very hot and suffocated after some time. Washrooms are disgusting, extreme smell, you cant even breathe in the washrooms. I went with my 6 year kid and family. The child couldn't manage to breathe in washroom, no maintenance. The go kart is waste of money. The vehicles are fully damaged. The mini-car for kids is very dangerous. It has no proper control on driving. No proper brakes. Functions jammed. Haunted House is just some still models with sound, very smelly, moisture smell. Suffocating. Iron frame bridge is made but its so dark that you cant even see that their is bridge on way and you get hurt with it. My child got hurt and felt a lot of pain. Hand wash area behind the food area is very dirty
