I was here with family on occasion of family wedding.The food here was good.But the service was horrible.3days my family had to do bath without geysers in such a cold.No towels were provided. Wash basin had malfunction with continuous water flowing down the drain.And Bathrooms were very filthy and many of others were complaining about jet spray not working.No mineral waters provided throughout the stay .No Towels provided.And the Owner and the management were least interested on any complaint.wont recommend 👎🏼

Nice experience to attend a marriage function. Too much space available for function as well as parking of a large number of vehicles.

It's a good place to hangout with friends/families, POOL: pool is good, it is of 4ft, ROOMS: rooms are not up to the mark, FOOD: I have tried a lot of things there so I'll say 70% food is good but 30% is average in taste. SERVICE: I don't like it.

Rating 4.5 I had my own wedding planned in Nov. 2019 @ DWR. It was a 2 day gathering of around 150 family members. Good Things: Amazing decoration. We went with the resort recommended décor for the most part. But we did pre discuss everything in detail for hours. Staff is good and available for help always. Lots of rooms, spacious rooms, clean rooms (had all basic amenities, bathroom utilities and mirrors). Very professional management. Very upfront, and no hidden costs were identified after the marriage. Swimming pool was clean and had good speakers outside, we used it to the fullest. Things that can be improved: Cleanliness - It is a very big place so I understand its hard to clean everything. Some basic cleanliness was lacking in the halls, but the available staff did on the spot cleaning when we asked them. ** We had people with very very strong management skills in family who coordinated everything with the staff.

The place is fine to host small and big get together. The staff is helpful. Except that this place is very far from the city (which also acts as a plus point). The only con was that they do not have a restaurant. They have a kitchen which closes after 5.30 pm. So any food ordered after 5.30 pm is the heated food from afternoon. Otherwise it's nice.
