Gautam Hotels and Resorts

I recently stayed at Gautam Hotels and Resort in Khajuraho and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the swimming pool. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend Gautam Hotels and Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Khajuraho.

Bad experience! Great property but bad management. The location, ambience and getup of this hotel is very good but after paying top dollar one has a poor experience 1. The faucet has a very poor water pressure 2. The maximum one gets is lukewarm ( not hot ) water in the bathroom in cold winter months 3. Housekeeping is found wanting in almost all areas ,my room was not cleaned even after putting up the 'clean my room' RN. (227) sign for the entire morning 4. About breakfast,the less said the better ! Sambar and chutney was served without idly or dosa and I was told to eat them with upma by a nonchalant waiter! 5. No intercom in the room . A small paper chit in the side table drawer announces the mobile number of reception, which is not working because it was not recharged ! Overall I had a feeling that no one in this hotel cared about the customers! 6. However the room was spacious and very well appointed and most of the things improved after a great deal of shouting

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. The ambience is excellent, food and hospitality is very good. Especially Mr Dutta was very cooperative. I highly recommend this place!

It was completely worth spending my time in the hotel....they have huge rooms which you will not find in other hotels.....the hotel ambience was so quite and beautifully designed and the swimming pool was also neat and clean...I personally loved the hotel

It is relatively a new property, just about 2 years old. Lobby is large with good ambience. Spacious, clean rooms. Clean bed linen. Bath room is big, bath towels are clean. Sanitary wares are sparking clean. Washbasin counter is big, glazed wall tiles are spotless. There is plenty of storage space for luggage, but no provision for hanging cloth!! Room service is good, complaints and requests are attended promptly. However, restaurant service is very average. Limited choice for buffett breakfast and dinner. Restaurants staff is not courteous and their service is poor. Only just one staff to serve about 40 guests.|It is a good place to stay with family in good clean ambience, how ever they need to improve their restaurant service.

Amazing property but badly managed. The team/staff are wonderful and willing to help in any possible way. Less ratings is not because of hotel building or team, it's just needed attention to details and training to team member. There is huge potential for this resort with an amazing infrastructure, huge rooms, good restaurant food but very sub standard breakfast despite best efforts from Mr Mishra - things are not unto the mark.
