Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Dev Residency Neemuch. I have been requesting an invoice from Mr. Manoj for the past 35 days and have sent 75 reminder emails, but there has been no response from their side. Despite multiple follow-up calls, every time I managed to reach Mr. Manoj, he assured me the invoice would be shared, but it never happened. To make matters worse, he not only failed to deliver on his promises but also resorted to abusive behavior during our conversations. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. If you value good service and respect, stay far away from Hotel Dev Residency Neemuch.

recently be stayed at hotel dev residency and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located near the temple, the hotel offers reasonable rates, delicious food, and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

“DO NOT STAY HERE” this is a worst place to stay in Neemuch. There was ants 🐜 on the bad ,rooms are dirty, bathrooms are unhygienic hotel lobby is smelly and dirty. Try another hotel instead of dev residency.

The rooms are very aloof from our expectations which we thought by its name. My room not even have the basic facilities like beds and wardrobe. Rooms are messy and walls have stains of bettlenut. Bathroom are okay but hygienic. I personally don't recomend this hotel.
