Hotel Kamla Heritage

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Kamla Heritage and was impressed by the experience. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was attentive and warm. Curious, I spoke with the manager and learned that the hotel is relatively new in the market. To attract more guests, they had started a coupon promotion, which led to a sudden influx of visitors. This unexpected popularity made it challenging to maintain their usual high standards, but the management is actively listening to feedback and working hard to improve. I appreciate their transparency and commitment to getting better. I truly enjoyed my time at Kamla Heritage and believe it has great potential. I look forward to seeing how they continue to grow and refine their offerings. If you're in the area, I recommend giving them a try—you might just discover a new favorite spot!

I recently visited Kamla heritage restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the service was extremely slow. Despite arriving before some other guests, our food was served much later, even though our order was small. This was quite frustrating and showed a lack of proper service management. Secondly, the air conditioning was not turned on because the restaurant was not full. This made the dining experience uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The food itself was a major letdown. The taste was far from satisfactory, and it did not meet even the basic standards of a good meal. Additionally, hygiene was a significant issue. The plates were not clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. There were insects around, which is completely unacceptable for any dining establishment. Overall, my experience at kamla heritage restaurant was quite poor, and I would not recommend it to others.

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with friends and they have no consideration...it is a mess in the middle of a messy location...only reason to book is the coupons redemption……..otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even no wifi and no tv worst... experience ever.

Well.. personally I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, cuz food was not that much special and they provide small quantity of veggies, noodles etc. and it's actually expensive too. There's nothing so special about it, Overall not upto the hype.

We were visited kamla heritage and it recommended us by PS Hotel is looking good but the all staff behaviour and service is 3rd grade they make customer fool with their false commitments specialy the night manager sharma, a guy Madhav, a Kitchen cook I don't know his name a worst persons I ever seen....I don't recommend anyone to go there and feel ashame

Watch this before your visit. We visited the hotel for a friends get together, their food was not as good as they priced them, they charged extra for the pool, and their staff is rude too, not even professionals.

The worst hotel in town. The food is expensive, the quality is bad, the staff is rude.ac was not working .This stuff is so rude that i am saying that i will post review on google, inspite of speaking softly they were saying that l will remove your review .The remaining Google reviews are posted by the staff. So, don't trust on them. I would suggest even the people not to visit. You will surely regret.manager was total layer

Very poor quality of rooms, I have taken complementary vouchers from addzone private limited. The restaurant is just horrible, ordered Chana roast and hara bhara kebabs it was stale and when we went to check in they let us wait for around 3.5 hours and the reception didn't picked my phone. As I complained addzone private limited they said you will have to obey the new rules decided by the hotel which includes no towels, no soap, and no other amenities. The rooms do not have inner lock no privacy anyone can get inside and sneak in during day or night as the lock is present only in front gate only. Highly dissappointed by addzone service and very bad quality Kamla heritage hotel. Actually it's a marriage garden, not a hotel. Just a bus stand lodge is way better than these rooms.
