Our family vacation to this resort was truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone. The views were absolutely breathtaking, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop. The safari was an incredible adventure, allowing us to witness nature's wonders up close. Would like start with "regret". I wasted my time and money staying at this resort. Here is the review. Location, not easy to reach, single concrete road, I had to reverse my car a few hundred metres a few times due to incoming vehicles. Checkin, we were 3 ( 2 adults 1 kid) the manager insisted that he has booking only for 2 I had to show him my voucher then he agreed, but he didn't care to verify with agoda. Strangely he didn't ask for any IDs. The checkin was at 1 pm, I reached at 4 pm and the room was not ready. They made me wait for 30 mins at the counter after long journey with a kid. When I asked the reason different staff said different things, but it was all mismanaged. The room was below average and washroom was dirty so quite disappointed. There is food menu card in room, but no mention of how to order food. I had to catch hold of a staff and he gave his no. For ordering, very weird. TV was not working, AC remote was not working too. So literally all you get is a room with no amenities working. At 3 am in night some hooligans staying at resort starting creating chaos, banging doors, talking foul language very loud, felt unsafe with kids, no staff came to warn them. Breakfast was ok, and we literally packed our bags right after breakfast but the staff was standing at door from 10:45 to move us out. Just don't understand. Overall pathetic experience, not recommended to anyone who is traveling with family or wants some good peaceful place to stay. It's quite overpriced as well. Not sure how they get good reviews, I suspect they are paid. Pls look for other resort think MPT ones are far better. Hope this helps , don't get cheated.

Not a good resort. The hotel is not what they are charging for. The washroom was dirty. The room was not clean. The AC and TV remotes were not working. Some groups of boys were creating nuisance in midnight. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.

Very nice resort with very Co operative staff,very calm place and clean rooms and toilets,very Co operative manager.we had no reservation for core safari at Diwali time,but he tried hard and arranged safari for us and we were very lucky to see tiger for 1/2hr during safari,so we are very thankful to him,so we are very satisfied with staff

It was wonderful experience. Room we're quite luxurious and spacious. View was beautiful from the resort, staff behaviour was too good. Food was delicious.Enjoyed totally.Manager was very professional and friendly. Value for money.

A beautiful place with great location. This place is good for family stay. Food is very tasty. Service is quite good. Pool area, river, jungle and satpuda mountain range view is so good from this property. Management is very supportive. But you need to be little careful at pool area and from insects.

for some reason, Satpura accommodations seem to be more expensive than other MP parks. the greenscape resort is one of the more reasonably priced options, and they have other properties at the Pachmarhi mountains too. ||I stayed at the resort location near Madhai gate. rooms are big, comfortable, and equipped with AC. the included meal plan with room is pure vege, but if you wish to have non-vege options, they can be ordered ala carte. ||there is also generator onsite. the inverter kicks in within seconds for all outlets (including AC) when the power went out in the middle of night. awesome possum.
