The location was perfect, very near to the Railway Station, just 1 km walk. And the local market is also nearby. Also in the case of a medical emergency, it's a relief, as there are 2 major hospitals of the city in just 200-400 metres of vicinity. About the hotel, the rooms were good, wouldn't say that they were top notch. As they had some issues, inside the washroom, they didn't provide a doormat or floor mat, due to which water was always dormant and clogged on the floor. Apart from that, the room were nice, beds were comfortable. Enough space for 2-3 people. Compliment breakfast included in our room package was also good, healthy and tasty. The staff of the Hotel was very friendly and welcoming. Assisted us with the help we needed like booking a taxi or the directions. Cleanliness was maintained seriously inside and outside the hotel premises.

Hotel staff don’t have sense to behave towards guests. I have not seen this kind of ridiculous behave in my life of any hotel staff. They ask for additional laundry charges of the towel which is at room to wipe the face.

Decent hotel. It is located near all the attractions, and the Mahakaleshwar Temple. The railway station is also nearby. The hotel was good, but required some maintenance. It has a restaurant too, along with a gym (but it was out of order). The service could be improved, but apart from that it was good enough for the price.

It was a nice stay, rooms are big spacious bathroom with wide windows, furnitures are older but well maintained. Foods are tasty and complementary breakfast is good having a lots of options. Overall highly recommend.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Prompt service and good behaved staff. Food is also good although serving time is a bit high for orders but if you get complimentary breakfast you can enjoy the buffet in morning.

The hotel is magnificent. The staff behaviour is friendly. The food served is hygienic and delicious. The chef even prepared customized meal for us as per our recommendations. Overall experience splendid.

The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring our stay was hassle-free.

Huge property. Rooms' interior and toilets have old fittings. The restaurant is well managed and has warm responses from the staff. Front desk employees are also helpful.
