Staff : very humble, cooperative Parking : yes Room service : No Hot water : yes Food : very tasty, but slightly expensive, they are charging like hotel in Mumbai :) Complimentary breakfast: no variety , they do charge for mineral water though breakfastis Complimentary :)

Visited June'24 - Its a beautiful property. i understand its newly taken over by the current owner. If maintained properly, it could be a wonderful getaway. Positives : Polite Staff, quick & timely assistance, Good food, Lovely property & swimming pool Negatives : They lack trained Staff when it comes to basics like changing of bedsheets, cleanliness in rooms, spic n span bathrooms/toilets. Hygiene in washroom cleanliness is basic check for most travelers & will help if they improve on this aspect. Found restaurant food expensive compared to available options around

It's a brand new resort and everything was fantastic. The place itself is beautiful, The room was super clean and comfortable. We relaxed by the pool and had a great family time. They have great restaurant service at affordable prices. Overall, I can recommend the place! It's a perfect place to relax and unwind and have a fun family vacation.

I was very skeptical after reading so many reviews about dirtiness and bad service of this hotel. After a lot of thought I called and confronted the manager about these negative reviews. He explained to me in detail and very patiently about the challenges they were facing because of the previous management. Mr Sunny (Manager) very politely and humblely told me that his team and boss had taken over the hotel's management for the last 2 months and assured me that all those negative reviews were a result of the latter's poor management. He told me to be rest assured and allow them a chance to serve us. Still not fully convinced we went to this property and decided to try out the restaurant and its food. We were very happy with the taste, service, quality and politeness of everyone in the restaurant. Immediately booked the room after checking out the hotel. Let me tell you we loved the room, cleanliness and service. This is a very nice property with good ambience and staff. Yes they might not be like other exquisite properties/resorts which we book at popular tourist destinations. But they are improving and taking the feedback very much positively. All in all if you are coming to Akkalkot for a stay this property is very good with good food and service. Receptionist Arun is a very kind guy Appealing people to try this resort and give them a fair chance

Room they charge to every one 2500 but they charge me 3000rupees that’s my worst experience i got from resort. And my 500 rupees they are not ready to give me back . It means they cheated on people .worst experience

Very Happy To See a great property putting it's foot prints in Akallkot. A great property in the heart of Swami Samarth Devasthaan Akallkot. The property is huge and is under development and a lot is about to come there. The property has very prettly designed cottages to stay with a great view of the pool thier. Yes, the property needs to heir new and trained staff in order to achieve the class of its own.. A Very attentive maintenance of the property is required in order to maintain the property class. The Restaurant is beautifully design and was very happy with the ambience there and around. I wish to see the property growing more and more and waiting to visit again there.

Hi, visited yesterday (i.e. - 25/09/2024) Very delicious food with service....& Calm aura for having a good times with family and special people's from city crowd and sounds !! Food taste and dishes are compatible to international ratings....must visit and have pleasant time !!

It could be improved and should justify for the charges they are applying, especially considering the limitations when it comes to service and breakfast.....
