Kihim Comfort Resort

It was kind of nice resort . Having great scenary from your room . That place is really quiet and peacefully . Not agree with their Rates of Foods and Rooms . It was over the budget . Food taste is not good. I will recommend to go outside somewhere else for dinner and lunch . Other wise it is best place . Swimming pool is the best thing about resort .

I recently visited this place with my family for our Christmas Trip and this was out worst experience. The room service was not great. The complimentary breakfast was just for name sake. The hospitality and housekeeping was bad. No one cleaned our room in our 3 days stay. We had to wait for a very long time to get the things we asked for. All in all the experience was worst. The swimming pool was not maintained at all. The chair provided has broken rest. I have expected better service as mentioned on their agoda site.

Location:- almost 2 km from the beach. And also 2 Km from the chundi auto stand. Too far location. Service:- don't ask. It's worst Room:- it's 15-18 years old property. Not maintaining properly. They said unlimited food(lunch and dinner) but give you dal and rice unlimited. Other nonveg is small bowl. 2 bhakri only. Owner too rude while asking in call . Given false communication while booking. Totally waste of money. Not recommended to anyone

I will not talk about rooms because rooms are average like other hotels. But the environment and the location is the best. Most of thr time u will spend it outside the room only beacuse it has very big garden, swimming pool and many other things to do outside. And the food is amazing, fresh and tasty totally worth it. If u want all this amazing things in cheap package and average room u can definitely go for this. Staff is so good and polite, service is also good. This hotel is worth a single penny u spend. Just dont look at rooms look at the other things it offers.

The customer service of Agoda was good and they called several times for giving proper information. Unfortunately all information provided was wrong. The hotels name was also wrong in the website - it is called Kihim comfort resort and not Kihim beach stays. It was very difficult to reach the hotel as name was wrong. Somehow after showing the google pics with the help of local residents I reached the hotel. Once I reached there with the confirmation letter from Agoda - they absolutely rejected saying the booking was cancelled. No prior information was provided. On requesting they took INR 2000 and made a fool of me by booking me a hotel very far from the beach. Once I started going towards the hotel I realised I have been fooled.The owner Rakesh Pramod Pingle was an epitome of misbehaviour and fraud. I told the driver to stop . Later with much difficulty I and family made booking for myself as it was weekend and all hotels were already booked. It was a horrible nightmare . Never will I ever book from Agoda.

Not a good place to stay with family. The room had frogs in the toilet. There were zumba classes in the lawns which starts at 7 am in the morning with super loud music. The food is average. They served chicken sukha and chicken curry for lunch everyday and rice and curry for dinner. Avoid this place. Very far from the beach too.

Kihim Comfort Stay was a good place for a brief stay. Rooms are clean. The washroom can be maintained better. They do not have a door bell or telephone to call at the reception. The lady in charge does not want to share WiFi and will give the wrong password. Beware the staff knocks the doors very badly to call you for breakfast. It can disturb your sleep especially in mornings. Prices are on the higher side for a place like Alibaug. Recommend going with family and friends.

Worst place to stay with family. I have been with family for vacation, same night have checked out and shifted to other hotel. Swimming pool was full of vomiting done by overdrunk people. Rooms were not at all hygienic and clean. Bathrooms was full of frogs and insects, cannot even feel like entering inside. Glasses of the ventilation window in the bathroom were broken and completely open with no cover. All the photos posted on the site are fake and far away from actual condition of rooms. Highly unhygienic place to stay, definitely post staying there will be infected or prone to illness. Please don't go this place with family. Don't feel like giving one star......
