Mana Beach Resort

Giving 3 stars solely for the location, as it is conveniently situated right next to the beach with direct access. However, the rooms are very congested, and the washroom taps are not functioning properly. Despite multiple requests, hot water was unavailable. The children's play equipment, such as slides, is unusable due to rough surfaces and seems to be there just for show. Additionally, mosquitoes are a significant concern, making the stay uncomfortable. Food quality was good but the cook refused to prepare something for the kids as a result we have to go out for the same. Overall Service and amenities are not good except the coconut trees behind.

The rooms were clean. The location of the resort is very good. Right on the beach. The staff is very helpful. Homestay type overall ambiance. Food was surprisingly good.

Had booked this property for 2 days and was visiting this with my family. Wasn’t expecting much to be honest but we had an awesome experience overall. Everyone loved the rooms and the service overall. They have a private access to the Nagaon beach. Rooms were huge in space with strong AC, TV, etc. Can fit in 3-4 people easily. Very courteous staff and the service was fast. The only drawback was that the WiFi connectivity was limited to just the canteen area. The property is a bit inside from the main road with a signboard which is hard to spot. Besides these 2 points we had a really great time here as a family and would define recommend others to give it a try.

If you are finding for place with kokani feel and food, this is the place. As it is hard to find the resort who serves local food. One of the best places in Nagaon, Alibaug. Affordable, proper kokan food, greenery, ample space for walking in the trees, entrance to beach, rooms need some improvements but overall very good experience.

We booked this property for 1 night stay on 27th Sept, 2024. The location is good as the entry to the beach is just in forefront. Property is very old. The kitchen staff was good and humble. Room was having fungus on its windows, it was not cleaned. The service staff were not very courteous at all, rather than giving us the comfort at their place, they were in a hurry to shift our luggage and go home quickly. Administration was very poor. The kitchen is far from the rooms, during rain they should have kept 2-3 umbrellas to help guests to reach upto the kitchen. They didn't bothered about inconveniences to the guest due to their improper arrangements which shows that they are very self centric and are not customer oriented at all. Even for having our dinner we were given limited time and were forced to hurry up as the kitchen staff was in a hurry to wind up their work and go home. However, the food quality was good and worth paying Rs.150/- per thali. Caretaker gave us his contact number in the night and showed us the courtesy that in case of any problem we can call him anytime during the night which gave us a strong impression that nobody was present there in the campus to protect us in case of any emergency and we were at our own risk ! ! ! The next day morning when we wanted to express our disappointments and inform the manager about all this, the manager was not present till the time we checked out at about 9.00am. Even, we were not given the receipt or invoice for our stay and the payment which we had made in advance online. I even tried to call the owner of the property but he didn't picked my call and never showed the courtesy to call me back. We enjoyed the beach very much but felt disappointed with the property and the property owner. So be aware if you are planning to book this property, you will not get the worth for what you will pay for. We paid Rs.7,000/- for single night for single room for 5 people but honestly speaking the property is not worth paying this amount especially when you are going with your family in off season.

To be honest, management should look out to maintain the rooms and common area. The condition is not good. Hospitality - 5 star Location - 5 star Food - 5 star Ground Team - 5 star. Stayed for 2 nights group of 10 peoples.

This was my second visit to Man Beach Resort. During my first visit I enjoyed the total management including food. Hence I went there again.
