Good, clean rooms...quality bed and linen, clean and odourless washrooms with towel and soap, liquid hand wash and toilet paper and jet sprt, working AC with sufficient cooling, immediate responses to all calls, sea view from room window, extra mattress, pillow and blanket for my son was clean too. Overall a nice experience....keep up the good work...just one con....my 11 year old wanted to see some TV and it was not showing any channel...my stay was 03-11-24 to 04-11-24.

Great hotel! Beautiful ocean views, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars!

Overall, we had an ok experience staying in seafront hotel. The amenities were ok not so great. It didn't exceed our expectations. The room was, clean and very comfortable but there were electricity shortage many times like power cut for more than 2 hrs which was little disappointing during summer time. There was no AC in living room only one AC in bedroom while booking owner told they have AC in every room. Room were nice and extremely accommodating for 4 people however toiletries were limited. We were Just amazed with the terrace which was super relaxing during night as it has beach access. Also both the care takers were little rude when we ordered things they have denied stating you should have ordered earlier now not possible for us to make food like that we weren't aware of their cut off timings also when we ordered things they asked us to come down and pick up things.still the lady care taker was really hardworking she had a great smile on her face and good greeting to customers.Please make this things correct rest everything is sorted. Obviously people you can book this stay because you'll get all food options nearby to beach.

Rooms are very clean and good ..staff is very co operative and supportive ..just 4 minites walk from Alibagh beach … It is not front on the sea ..but very much close to beach only 100 to 200 miters

DEAR FRIENDS, PLEASE DON'T GO WITH THE GOOD REVIEWS POSTED HERE OR BOOKING APPS. THAT MAY MISS GUIDE YOU. THE ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL IS CLEAN BUT VERY SMALL COMPARE TO THE CHAARGS. SURROUNDING Of Location is terrible. Feel like you are staying in on of the conguested gali in the durty place. Sea is near but location of hotel is outside. The beach is not for enjoyment. It's very crowded un clean beach. Beach is located in the City so you can understand the condition of beach. I booked for 2 days from MMT app. As mentioned above we were not comfortable here so I asked owner to refund at least 1 day charges But she has denied to refund. Requested servral times. At the end we moved one of the nice beach resort they chargeed less than half of what I paid for this hotel without taking single penny refund from seafront hotel owner. Moral of the story is don't book stay from any booking app if you are planning to visit alibagh and surrounding beach. Go and check physically you will get best deal and variety of options which these apos not shown.

Hotel is good to stay and short distance from beach but Alibag Beach is not so good compare to other Kokan beaches like divyagar and dapoli. Hotel surrounded by slum area and street dogs.

Rooms are very clean with beach view, food is awesome, services provided by caretaker was excellent. We went in big group with 21 people & still statisfied with food, services and room. The management is very helpful and supportive. A most recommended stay near alibaug beach.

It is newly constructed hotel...rooms and bathroom were very clean... Service is also good... No inhouse restaurant but simple breakfast items like pohe, bread butter, eggs etc available... There is a service to order the food from other restaurants... Parking is available!!! The beach is just walking distance 1-2 mins... Almost all the rooms have sea view... Overall it was a good stay!
