This 5 star review is very unbiased based on what you are looking for! 1. This is a Home Stay, so hospitality wise is homely service but don't expect it to be a resort kind of service. 2. It's family which staying right on the beach and running this small business, they will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. 3. Food is outstanding, you won't get this quality nof authentic malvani food ever in restaurants. 4. Rooms are ordinary, Toilets are attached, not very fancy. 5. We got what we were looking for with little compromise with luxury hence I Highly recommend this home stay if you are looking for private beach kind of feeling, home food and trip with restricted budget.

Nice to stay here. Affordable room rent. Very good in service. Home made Veg, non veg food available as per our requirement. Just 5 feet distance between beach. Nice SUNSET view from Room. Guaranteed u can see dolphin just from ur room. They arrange water sports activity (skuba, para sealing, banana ride.) in reasonable rates.

Loved the stay over here, Hemant dada who is the care taker here, is always on his toes to serve you. The food they serve you is cooked at their home and is very hygienic and tasteful. Main attraction of this place is the location of the homestay, just 5 steps away from the beach. The charges of stay and food is also very reasonable. Value for money. Very happy with hospitality, surely going to visit again.

If you want to enjoy sea beach without expecting too much this is the right place. Rooms are good and they are sea facing. People are very good and polite. Good service and good food.You always get hot water within 5 minutes.We are very much satisfied.

Place are good.... But service is not good... Becose..their are lot of mosquitoes....it bites to all of my friend & me... & food are so costly....& limited.... Its money waste resort

INCREDIBLE LOCATION (RIGHT ON THE SEA), BASIC BUT NICE ROOM WITH SEAVIEW AND AN OPEN SPACE TO ENJOY MEALS AND RELAX WATCHING FISHERMEN AT WORK, SEABIRDS AND ASTONISHING SUNSETS. TYPICAL TASTY (AND CHEAP) MALWANI FOOD AND THE REAL EXPERIENCE OF A KONKAN HOMESTAY! MR. HEMANT AND HIS WONDERFUL FAMILY MADE US FEELING AT HOME AND HE WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL THAT WE EXTENDED OUR STAY FROM TWO DAYS TO ONE WEEK!
