The resort offers a great view and access to a beautiful vast and empty beach but it is deep in the devbaug. The service is professional, rooms were clean and they offer various thalis at great value for money. But you will need to order food a day in advance as they don't have anything prepared and only cooks when an order is placed well in advance.

We stayed there with family for 3 nights. Best location having private , peaceful, neat and clean beach! Rooms are located at nearby sea.AC Rooms are clean and Regular housekeeping for room cleaning. Food service is good. Both Veg/Nonveg options available. Also, sufficient car parking space is available. Room rates and food rates are affordable. I am looking forward to visit this homestay resort again. Thanks Mr. Devanand and team for great hospitality.

It is a homestay with really nice and amazing sea view. It's a really nice place to visit and enjoy your vacations with your friends and family. The property is right on the beach as you can see in the photos. Rooms are neet and clean. AC and non AC rooms available. They also provide the food and breakfast as well if you require. They charge Rs. 350/- per thali of paplet fish.

We booked 4 Non AC rooms @ 2000/Room. Soaps were not provided in rooms, Cleaning was not up to mark, Wifi was not working,it was there just for showing facilities they provide to attract customers, Fans were very slow, we could hardly sleep in such hot n humid environment. They were unable to provide dinner as we gave them fish after 7 PM. Breakfast provided was good. Overall service was poor to average.

Great place to spend some weekends or couple of days vacation from our busy life. Very close to beach and some great food especially fish and crabs to try.

Location is the best. Large area, good open space. Run by a joint family so consider it more like home stay than full service resort. Food is typical malvan style. Unique and tasty. Loved fish, kanda bhaji, batata bhaji The only minus is the kitchen timings. Order has to be placed early otherwise nothing will be cooked. If they improve it , i think the resort has a great potential to be the best.
