Konkan Breeze Sea Beach Resort

Amazing beach resort, perfect place if you are looking for some relaxing holidays with good location. Surrounded with coconut trees and you can directly land on beach from your room. Service is also good, you just have to pre-order as they prepare food only on request for their guest only. Small shower is placed outside the room which is really helpful if you are interested in playing waves and sand.

The resort is very good and is situated on the Devbagh beach. The wooden rooms are good but would be better if the size of the room would be bigger. Every wooden room is separate, so no disturbance in privacy. They have an in-house kitchen with a limited local menu, but whatever is going to be served will be best in taste. Will definitely visit the resort again.

4 stars only due to owners behaviour nd staff service....u may got scammed if bought outside raw fish nd ask them to cook for u by paying extra charges...someone might stole or replace ur fish... Otherwise location is really great ....working staff is too cooperative...room service great... No options available with kitchen....owner should look into this

Location is amazing but the staff , food and overall casual approach of Manager is very bad. They just don’t know what Customer Service is. Food preparation is also pathetic.

We stayed here on 2 weekdays with our pet dog . #petfriendlytarkali Property- Nice location of the property , you can just sit on your bed and watch the sea and the sunset . Food - we tried French fries , boiled peanuts , Ghavan , omelette bread which were good and priced quite low on the menu. Whereas was dissatisfied with the prawn thali as prawns were very tiny and too little in quantity though the rassa was quite tasty . Service -is good but there is one person working who was very irritating trying to talk a lot and stuff that made no sense . Overall do visit for a stay , food can be skipped here and staff should be trained .

The resort is located right next to the beach. Just open the gate next to your wooden cottage and you are on the beach! The rooms are quite clean and well maintained. One can see the sea and the sunset right from the bed through the glass doors. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is good - we tried Pomfret, Surmai and Prawns Thali and had Ghavane chutney for breakfast. They can arrange for scuba diving and the boat ride to view the dolphins and other points if we inform them on the earlier day. The Jetty for boat ride and the Devbag Sangam Point are just about 10 mins away. One can travel to this resort by ST bus from Malvan Depot or take an auto from Kudal station.

Nice, calm, serene and right on the beach is to summarise our stay at this place. Rooms are perfect for a couple. But any more at it becomes crowded. There could be more furniture to open a suitcase or to place a kettle or refreshments. But no other complaints. Food is good and appropriately priced.
