NillWe booked 1 AC and 1 non-AC room for two nights. We checked in late at night and the front desk showed us the AC room and "switched on" the AC in our room. The room did not get cold and we later realized the AC wasn't working. It was late so we didn't reach out to the property. The room was quite warm as the fan doesn't reach one side of the bed due to the mosquito net over the bed. The Airtel TV in the room was not working either. The room was spacious and decently clean. There was dust on the cabinets and the bathroom mirror was dirty. The toilet flush was very old and not properly cleaned either. The next day, when we went down for breakfast, we told the front desk to check the AC. When we came back after 4 hours, they mentioned the AC switch next to reception that controlled the AC in our room wasn't turned on. When they turned on, the room AC worked fine. Regarding the TV, we were told that none of the TVs at the property were receiving any signal for many days and we just have to deal with it. Food served at property was really good. We requested the owners to let us check out of both rooms since we had already spent one night and didn't want to spend the second night there. They accepted it and assured us they will refund half our money. It has been 3 weeks but we have not received our money back yet.

NillThe stay was pleasant overall. The staff was cooperative, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the rooms need some attention. The fan wasn’t functioning properly, the toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the doors didn’t close properly. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better.

NillRooms were very good .mosquito net on bed had big holes which should be repaired. Otherwise property was exceptional. The kitchen staff serving food in buffet dinner was do so very miserly. When serving bhaji he was doing it so miserly as if he had less food for everyone ..and we were the 1st one to go for food. Even after repeatedly asking for food he was serving half a spoon quantity of vegetable. Didn't like that 1 bit especially when u charge rs 350 for a veg thali ..

NillProperty is perfect mix of Konkan culture and staff behaviour and food was really appreciable. However, rooms were not much clean (P.S. carry room footwear). Food was good but price was higher than local restaurant. The price of property is higher in comparison to room cleanliness. One can get any property at same or lower price. But if one wants to experience konkani home stay, can give it try.

NillHorrendous experience While the building has an old charming rustic look and is quite appealing but service is just not worth the money charged No resort-like facilities are there, at best it can be termed as a homestay. Hot water was available only for 2-3 hours. The air conditioner was turned off at night without consent. On the third day of the stay the room power was turned off when other guests were not there and there was no power back up. Food service had very limited options. We had to literally beg for the food of our choice and specific details had to be told like how many bread slices and how many eggs should be served Linen was torn, mosquito net had holes Overall very poor hospitality.

NillI recently stayed at **Konkan Nest Resort**, and it was an unforgettable staycation! Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Konkan greenary, the resort offers the perfect blend of tranquility and old days comforts. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The lush greenery around the property added to the charm, making it a peaceful retreat away from city life. The hospitality was good—staff were warm, welcoming, and nice. The highlight of my stay was the delicious Konkan-style food served at their restaurant especially "ukadiche modak". Each dish, from fresh modak to local specialties and solkadi, was bursting with authentic flavors. The resort's proximity to Ganpatipule beach would be 2 km and temple made it an ideal base for sightseeing. If you’re looking for a rejuvenating escape into nature with top-notch amenities and heartfelt hospitality, **Konkan Nest Resort** is the place to be. Highly recommended!

NillWe stayed here for two days, and if you're looking to experience an authentic, vintage Maharashtrian/Kokani stay, this is the perfect place to be. The property features a traditional Maharashtrian vada-style construction, with meticulously maintained rooms and charming old-fashioned switchboards that evoke nostalgia. There's even a classic swing in the varanhada, adding to the serene and authentic experience. And don't miss the must-try modak – a true delight for your taste buds!

NillA wonderful village life experience in this resort . Staff was very helpful and caring . Services are slow as they have limited rooms and capacity . Clean and hygienic rooms. Home made fresh authentic marathi food . We need to order before . Felt like we lived in pre independence era as shown in movies . A wada like hotel . A must stay if you are looking out for a slow relaxed patient stay . Very peaceful . The floor , brick wall , wooden doors, furniture and warli art made us reminiscent our past life maratha culture .
