Beach Front Villas

We had booked 3 rooms for the family during weekdays. The property's location is best, right opposite to the beach. The villas have been constructed nicely and some villas come with a beach view. The rooms were clean and wifi is provided in every room as there is limited mobile network. However one room had dust saturated on walls. Another room's bedsheet and pillow needed to be extra cleaned as there was some hair on it. Bathrooms were clean but toilets required more attention. We found the food rates on the steep side, so didn't try their cuisine. We didn't get the opportunity to experience their service as ours was just one night stay. Overall it was a decent stay but more attention is required towards room cleanliness.

The resort is well built & well maintained. Malgund beach is on walking distance from this place. Food options are descent and non-vegetarian food was fresh and delicious. The preparation style is not authentic konkani but fish fry options are nice. Service is excellent. The service staff is available on one call within a minute. Rooms are descent but the biggest disappointment was cleanliness of mattress, beddings and towels. Bedding was itchy and not cleaned properly. AC was not working in one of the room but they provided cooler when we complained about it. Also, mineral water bottles are not complimentary. They will provide jar of water but will charge for bottles.

Overall resort is very beautiful.. location is bang on.. can see the sea from a few rooms. Food options are really less but tasty. Food options can do better. Also on snack items are very less

The property is located in a serene area but the property itself is not well maintained. Basic services such as Washrooms were not that clean. Beddings were smelly and had to be changed at 10pm as we couldn’t sleep with it. Kitchen services not great and took too much time for basic items such as Coffee and Lemon Soda. Would not recommend this property to friends and family due to my own experience.

Hii, This is Santosh Kund. I got last minute booking at this villa resort , Thanks to the owner .I have clearly stated him the review which i read on Google about cleanliness of Wash rooms and Beds . He has patiently listened and promised me that everything will be as per industry standard. To my surprise He and His team has kept promise. I wish them to Maintain This Superb Property and try to upgrade more ... I suggest Everyone to visit this property and enjoy premium rooms , view was great. Rooms very clean and comfortable, still need little bit imprvement on small corners and places and equipments. Staff is very humble and helpful

We stayed here for one night. It is located in the Malgund and the beach is 5 mins walking distance. Beach is not visible from the farm house. Ganpati Pule Ganpati mandir is 10 mins driving distance and all the tourist attractions are nearby. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay amongst nature. The surrounding area is maintained well and beautiful. But more cleaning is required inside rooms. The cupboard available in the room was unclean from inside and unused linen was kept. Also, bathroom had cobweb at the window and there were two small lizards inside. We had our dinner at the farm house. The food was well prepared and staff were cooperative. Tea was well prepared, tea lovers will like it.

Rooms can be maintained better. Food was delicious. Service was good.

Less sea view obstructed by trees. But nevertheless big beautiful cottages. The approach road can be better paved.
