Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype We had booked 4 rooms at Treebo SS Residency in Dapoli, expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay based on the photos and promises made at the time of booking. While the check-in process was smooth, the experience quickly went downhill. The rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. One of the major disappointments was the breakfast arrangement. We were clearly informed that a buffet breakfast would be included, but throughout our stay, only a single dish was served each morning. When we inquired, the staff casually mentioned that their chef was on holiday – a completely unprofessional excuse for a hotel. Hoping to make the most of our stay, we decided to use the swimming pool. To our dismay, the pool was visibly dirty, with sediment and debris settled at the bottom. When we requested the staff to clean it, they claimed it had just been cleaned. In reality, they had only added chlorine and some coloring to make the water appear clean – a misleading and unhygienic approach. The photos shown online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic standards of cleanliness, honesty, or hospitality.

The rooms and the location is fantastic.... But don't have there own restaurant...because for dinner when I was ordering the food they said they don't have....so the other services are very good...parking area is also excellent

This hotel is located 2 kms away from main beach. So don't get confused here. Excellent service and very well kept rooms. If you have a car or bike easy to go around places. Very courteous and friendly staff. Well managed property by Treebo. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Good thing first: Decent balcony with view of distant lighthouse. Large Parking space. Good WiFi. Near (not walkable) to murud beach. Big Kirana store nearby. Staff is cooperative. Problems: Too many. Room service is almost non existent. We stayed here for two days and the room wasn't cleaned. Sheets weren't changed. Water from AC leaked into the balcony. No dental kit/soaps provided unless asked for. Water heater wasn't working. Biggest shock was that kitchen wasn't available and this wasn't informed till the time we completed the check in. Swimming pool is not maintained and is in the open beside the entrance which can be very uncomfortable for women. The complementary breakfast that was provided was very bland and stale and lacked variety. Overall not recommended. There are plenty of options nearby.

This is poorly maintained property with no proper service. Rooms are not clean , no intercom working , ill trained staff ... You should opt for this only if you have no other choice left... Yes no inhouse kitchen ..

This is very poorly maintained property with no or limited hygiene in room.. no staff for servicing , no inhouse kitchen , pictures on website are not recent . You will not be in position to use pool .. The are spider webs everywhere... Not worth the money

The hotel is situated from the murud beach at a decent distance. Breakfast quality and quantities needs lots of improvement. Staff is good and cooperative. WiFi is not at all working. There is no mobile network coverage available other than BSNL. So you are completely disconnected from your life for the total period of the stay. If WiFi is not working then it's a great trauma. Parking space is good. Swimming pool should be cleaned routinely, didn't maintain it well. Lots of dust and dirtiness in the pool. Railing also broken. No restaurant facility was available at this time. Overall Treebo needs to improve the quality to prove its benchmark.
