I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were not clean, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Basic amenities were poorly maintained, and the overall experience did not match the price we paid. I expected much better based on the reviews and advertisements. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this resort and hope they take customer feedback seriously to improve their standards. Special note to one employee praful bhai he was the only person who was helpful 5 star For praful bhai but -100 star for the resort

Worst place to stay vivant hotel in igatpuri.its look like apartment with dirty room..The picture you see on website and actual condition of hotel and rooms are very different. 1 - ac doesn't work properly 2- leakage on walls 3- rooms are very dirty 4- no wifi provided 5-restaurant and food is very unhygienic 6-balcony doorlock will not be working properly. 7-no soap or shampoo provided in bathroom. Overall this resort is poorly maintain nd not value for money... I do not recommend to any one to stay here...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at Vivaant Retreat and Conventions was truly exceptional. The property is well maintained, beautifully designed, and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was excellent, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of our stay reflected quality and attention to detail. We highly recommend Vivaant Retreat and Conventions to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting again.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. I paid around ₹12,000 per night, but the overall experience was nowhere near worth the price. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the property was poorly maintained. The pillows were dirty, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the bathroom door lock wasn’t working properly. To make matters worse, there were no basic toiletries like soap or shampoo, the TV didn’t work, and there wasn’t even Wi-Fi available. The condition of the resort outside the room wasn’t any better. The swimming pool was dirty, the common areas were unclean, and the game club was already closed by 6:00 PM, which was disappointing for a resort that advertises recreational facilities. I expected a comfortable and well-maintained stay for this price, but unfortunately, this resort failed on almost every front. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially given how many better options are available in the same price range. TL;DR: ₹12,000 per night for dirty rooms, no Wi-Fi, no toiletries, a broken bathroom lock, a non-functional TV, an unclean swimming pool, filthy common areas, and recreational facilities that close by 6 PM. Definitely not worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. For a tariff of around ₹14,000 per night, I expected much better standards. Unfortunately, the stay was nowhere close to what was promised. Issues I encountered: * Pillows were dirty. * No basic toiletries were provided (no soap or shampoo). * No Wi-Fi available. * TV was not working. * Washroom was dirty and poorly maintained. * Bathroom door lock was not functioning properly. * Swimming pool was dirty and not cleaned. * Common areas of the resort were untidy and lacked proper maintenance. * The game club was closed by 6:00 PM, significantly limiting the recreational facilities. Overall, the resort appears to be poorly maintained and offers very poor value for money. I would not recommend staying here, especially considering the price. There are much better options available in the same budget.
