What We Loved: Location: Just off the ghats — couldn’t have asked for a better spot. View: Absolutely breathtaking. The kind that makes you pause and soak it in. Ambience: Beautifully designed rooms and a serene pool area. The aesthetic sense here is on point. What Let Us Down: Service: Disappointing. We had to ask four times for an electric kettle — it finally arrived the next morning, right before checkout. Cleanliness: The bathtub was visibly dirty and needed a cleanup after we checked in. Not something you'd expect at this price point. Restaurant: The biggest letdown. Our food was delayed by 45 minutes — and here’s the kicker: the steward told us it was because families sitting next to us were being prioritized (they came after us). Seriously? Just because we were 3 guys ? Two of us were unwell, and we only got our meals after raising a fuss. Hospitality should never be this selective. Final Thought: Great location, poor prioritization. You can build a beautiful place — but if service treats guests based on perceived value, no view can save the experience.

Awesome place for couple, corporate, wedding and many more events. Staffs were friendly and helpful .Rooms were near and clean. Location is superb and last but not least FOOD prepared by chef was amazing. Thank you team Vintage Valley resort. Recommended to friends and family.😊

The hotel looks a bit spooky, The wash basin is super dirty, no water. The room is spacious but smells like mold, the outside chair is molded and looks like they never open the door to the balcony. The only good thing is the bathroom, looks like they just renovate it, the water pressure good and the water heater works great. But yea, not closing my bathroom door, bcs I constantly feeling scared, with no reason. No proper cleaning, no standard, very sad actually, as the place has some potential.

The rooms were nice, but service was not the best. We had a 2 night stay but the WIFI didn't work a single day, and everytime asked they only said "technical issue". We also couldn't eat the completementary breakfast for our second day because they increased the timing by 30 minutes for some reason, and we had a train to board and hence, had to ditch breakfast. The service was polite, rooms were good and clean, location is nice. However, due to the above mentioned issues I have cut two stars.

Location is best. View from the rooms facing the mountain is superb. Food is upto the mark. Had a very comfortable two day stay at Vintage Valley Resort. Only thing is that the hotel is new hence some maintenance and upkeep is required. Staff is very very cooperative.

We had a really nice time at Vintage Valley Resort in Igatpuri. It’s tucked in the quiet Sahyadri hills, surrounded by lush greenery. As soon as we got there, it felt calm and relaxing—a great spot to get away from the busy city. We stayed in the Family Suite, which was big, airy, and full of sunlight. It was super comfy for our group, perfect for families or friends hanging out. The food at the restaurant was awesome! We loved the tasty burnt garlic rice, hot soups, yummy dal tadka, and breakfast idli. Everything was fresh and tasty. The swimming pool was clean and fun for both kids and adults. They also had a gym and some indoor games, which kept us busy when we wanted to chill. The staff was super friendly, always smiling and ready to help us out. But there were a couple of things that could be better. The room service was a bit slow sometimes, and speeding it up would make things even nicer. Also, there was no laundry or place to dry clothes, which was a hassle since Igatpuri can be damp. Adding those would make stays more convenient. All in all, Vintage Valley Resort is a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature. With just a few small fixes, it could be one of the best stays in Igatpuri. If you’re looking for a peaceful break with family or friends, I totally recommend this place—it’s cozy, fun, and makes for a great getaway!

All over service is good . Atmosphere is awesome...The nature of here is just lovely ...fog adds the romance in it. I just love the destination, weather, service and the food . Food quality is superb . All the items was very best in taste .

It was great experience over here. Nice room with seprate drawing area. Everything was well maintained and nice behavior of staff also. Also recommending to take breakfast as complementary service. Breakfast was also awesome. Upto 5th floor is serviceable at my time. But location is awesome. You will feel really resort vibe here. Highly recommended.
