Overall experience is good. The hospitality services rcvd is beyond expectation. All staff were good in behave n cooperative. All check in checkout process were very smooth. Amenities are well maintained, various indoor & outdoor activities are available. Full enjoyment with lots of memories. Perfect place to chill out for friends and families of small n big group also.

Amazing staff amazing hotel amazing food. Staff was very helpful. They also have a TT table to play and a carrom board to play. So its a great place to spend couple of days if you want to live highway. They also have their own car parking. Its not covered but atleast they have their own space.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely cleaned and provided a comfortable environment. helpfully staff, the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would certainly recommend this hotel to others

In my previous review, I mentioned that the receptionist was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. After seeing the owner's response, it's clear that this attitude extends throughout the hotel management. Let me be very clear: I never used abusive language — and if the owner claims otherwise, I challenge him to prove it. I have recordings of my conversations, which clearly show who was disrespectful and arrogant. This experience was unacceptable. The way I was treated is beyond anything I’ve encountered before. As for my advance payment — I assure you, it's money they will never be able to keep without consequences.

Where good hotel with good staff. Visited for 2 days with family. Food quality is very good. Room cleaning and staff is also very supportive. Owner of this hotel specially take cake of each guest with good gesture. Ambiance of this hotel is too good. 5 out of 5 for stay and food.

Room were spacious and nice could be more better if bedsheets are replaced with new ones. Outdoor ambiance is very nice with ample of swings and benches. Swimming pool timings are morning 8pm to 12noon and 2Pm to 6pm. There are two swimming pools one for adults and one for kids with shade protection from sun.

Good location. Friendly staff. Reasonable room tariff. |Attached restaurant with variety of items at reasonable rates |Been there a number of times with wife. |Market is nearby.|Best in monsoons|Attached bathroom in every room.|AC in rooms.

I stayed every visit at igatpuri in same hotel as I like service and hygine of the premises. Also food quality is good and daily different menu with verities. Also the location of hotel is just near about the Mahindra plant as it's comfortable to reach there.
