Great resort! Spacious, clean and staffs are very friendly. Marriage, reception, haldi and any other function can be kept there. Great experience to there.

Very poor service. The AC switch off even customer is having food. Raised complaint with manager but he refused to meet. Not recommended for any family get together. Very poor service

Palms hotel serves duplicate alcohol which is injurious to health.. I ordered chicken chilly.. which causes me food infection..

The ambiance is really awesome and peaceful, open garden is well maintained. Washroom is not up to the mark, smells a lot. Staff is well educated and helpful. Shadi and birthday parties can be very successful also food quality is good.

It is the best place in Kalyan for wedding or any other kind of functions. It's a great choice and a great place. Well maintained, well arranged and food of quality is very good. Rooms were clean. Garden areas and pool side lawn is so beautiful. You would never disappoint. Also you have many options to choose according to your function, they have 3 AC halls and 4-5 lawns. So far we have done 6 functions at different halls and lawns according to the number of guests and they had managed everything well. Have a huge parking area, so you would not have to worry about guest who travel with cars and other vehicles. Must visit place if you are looking for a nice place for any function.

Food is great! Their chicken platter is a must try for all non-vegetarians. For vegetarians "cheese tukdi" is a must try if you love cheese. Overall a very delightful experience. Best for family dinner.
