We had very bad experience here, I'll not recommend this place, rooms including bathrooms are not at all maintained, fan was knocking through out time, they messed up with our fish, taste of fish was not at all konkani, all over money gone waste on fish, cooking and rooms, given 2 stars to location considering the way they have constructed but the actual beach location is super, I'll not recommend this place at all.

Very Embarassing experience!!! We were visiting this place for say past 2-3 years. But, we got a very bad experience in 2023 where we booked the rooms a week before for my corporate outing plan and when reached at Dapoli the owner and her son - said the rooms booked are not available now - do come and search for other options - which was a very weird experience for me and my team. Again in Jan 2024 we called and confirmed the booking - but before sending the amount when we tried to take last confirmation they again cheated us and the rooms that we were looking for or booked - were again given for some other customer. Here - whats happening the good faith for the Sandhill Karde from customers is ending - they just using our mouth publicity and generating revenue - where they do not bother you stay with them or not. That selfish nature has been observed in the sandhill team behaviour. I will say don't visit this attitude carrying stay home and owner Mrs. Reena Shete

Thefts are there within the staffs, You can loose your valuables very easily. As we had office group trip and pre-booking for 4 rooms for 15 people, and at the evening we all went to the beach to enjoy born fire, drink and Music. In between our two collagenous return back on the room from the beach and open the rooms' door and found that one of the staffs guy is already inside the room and trying to check all the luggage, when they asked him as what he is doing there then he ran away from the place and disappear from the premises, then we all went to the owner, Mrs. Reena Shete and asked about the man, even in our group we had a lawyer who came in to action and called to police but then Mrs. Reena Shete begging and requesting not to do any action as we fired that staff immediately so we thought what kind of mistake she has in this incidence so we ignore the incidence. but after a month we again visited to the same place and found the same guy working there then we realized that the owner is also not so genuine.

My Father visited Karde beach with his friends. In month of March 2023. They booked a room with three people to stay in one room. Father gave this review. he loved that you can see the ocean from the Hotel. It's so close to the beach that you can just sit in balcony and watch the ocean and relax. The food was good vegetarian option was available and non veg too. This hotel is registered with Government. Also it's located near the beach and it's in the village so you are close to other amenities available in city. There is parking space for 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers the owner is good and the service too. Just go and relax.

Perfect place for a budget Konkan trip with awesome food. The owner of this resort is very caring. You can buy fresh fish from nearby Harnai market and get it prepared from the resort kitchen.

One of the best beach side homestays. The rate is affordable. Place and rooms are very clean. The owners are polite. They try to allocate rooms according to customer's needs. The food is very nice. Even veg Thali is good (limited choice). Should try prawns masala, king fish (suramai), you can bring fish from fish market and they will cook it for you with nominal charge. Overall good weekend gateway place.
