Mauli Seaview

We had a wonderful stay at Mauli Seaview Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. Especially the Seaview from the Balcony was absolutely fantastic! We felt truly welcomed throughout our visit and we highly recommend this place!

I visited this property from 15th July to 17th July,had multiple of bad experiences with them. 1.we had calculated cash of ₹ 2000,last day on 17th july when we were going to beach we handed over the keys to Vaibhav for room cleaning,he thought we will check out today,and he was asking again and again that I will parcel the food. When we came back,he shocked when he got to know that we will check out tomorrow i.e 18th july, When I opened my purse at the check out time ₹500 note was not there,only 1500 was there. Right moment I messaged lady owner shradha staying in Mumbai,she replied we will check with him and get back to you. Now it's 5th month she even not reply about my messages. I am very old customer of mauli sea view visiting them from many years several times.but this trip was last. 2.we had purchased 1.5kg chicken,in which there was 59 medium size chicken. First day we asked for 15pieces, Tuesday 15pieces And Wednesday morning hotel staff parag told us chicken is finished Suddenly cook uncle arrived to hotel and parag changed his words chicken is still left.(May be he thought cook will say truth to us) He gave us 8 pieces chicken. Again difference of 21 pieces. For this also I did not asked for any settlement. On the first day only we had given tip to Vaibhav and parag both Please be aware of hotel staff vaibhav he is wearing spectacles.and very smart first he will gain your trust,then he will do the game. 3.we purchased eggs and given to them for cooking, For cooking 8 plates eggs they charged us ₹800 And also not conveyed to us and this was first times during our multiple visit.earlier they never charged ₹800 for cooking 8 plates eggs 4 food they were cooking was uncooked and smelly non veg using old spices. Owner was arguing on this over chat they are very rude we aware of them one thing about them at the time of booking they did not told us that due to monsoon fish market is closed,when we arrived hotel manager told us fish market is Closed.for earning some money in off season they can do anything. They never came to the solution in last 5 months about our money loss .this is hateful

Very Nice Hotel at beach location and food quality is top notch. The rooms are spacious and couple friendly. Front facing 4 rooms are available at two floors. Rooms were normal, clean and well maintained. Don’t expect fancy interior or any luxury services. The Food is the main reason to stay there. Both veg and Non veg food was great. Overall it’s budget stay at affordable food prices with good quality.

Very pleasant stay. They don't give you any chance to complain. You will get everything you need, that to in a polite way this is what you usually don't get here in Kokan. Food quality is up to the mark and the best of all. I would definitely recommend this for family and friends.

This simple place is located right on karde beach. Beach is just 10 15 mtrs from this place which is the USP. Place is simple has around 7 rooms, 4 on ground and 3 on 1st floor, out of which 4 are sea view. AC/Non veg options available. Rooms are simple dont expect luxury. Wifi, hot water and room service available. Kitchen and dining area located on ground floor and serve lip smacking veg and non veg food. For veg there are lot of options and Konkan special Ukadache Modak is a not to be missed. For non vegetarians i would recommend go to Harne port Fish market, buy fresh fish and the kitchen will prepare as per your requirment. Narvankar kaka takes care of the property and he is good at it. Takes care of all your need. This is the place if u r planning to stay in karde based on my 15 20 visits here. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Worst experience I've ever had when I visited the resort with my family. The resort was a complete mess. The rooms were uncomfortable and there was lack of privacy. Drunkards were all over the place which felt highly unsafe. When we reached the resort, food was not available. Also, the working staff was arrogant and disrespectful. The ambience was unclean and sickening. Complete wastage of money. I do not recommend this resort at all!

worst room I have ever visited, its so small not even clean and hygienic..at high price ...at this price I would get much better rooms anywhere in India. Not wnated to give a single star bt no option
