Pegasus Lifestyle Resort, Karjat

Though this resort is in a bit of a remote location, the views from this resort are very scenic. The rooms and washrooms are very clean and comfortable. The service of all staff members was very courteous and hospitalable. The food provided in our package was very tasty, but very spicy. On repeatedly requesting the staff to give us less spicy food, we were served spicy food on every occasion. Other than the spicy food aspect, the food quantity was wholesome and more than adequate. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to visit this place again someday.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities we could ask for. **Dining Experience:** The food was good, with a wide variety of options for every meal. Lunch, High Tea, Dinner, and Breakfast were all included in our package, and each meal exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality. **Service & Staff:** The staff at Pegasus Resort deserve a special mention. They were incredibly cooperative, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would particularly like to commend Manager Prashant, whose efforts truly made our experience memorable. He was always available to assist us and ensured that every detail was taken care of. **Overall Experience:** Our stay at Pegasus Resort was delightful, thanks to the beautiful setting, excellent service, and the thoughtful upgrades provided and also budget friendly. Pegasus Resort is a newly built resort, at the not too crowded part of Karjat. The location and the views are breathtaking during the monsoon. It's a very big property with several types of rooms and villas. The dining area is large and the food was great. Go for buffet options. The rooms were clean but there were cockroaches in one of them. Also the rooms don't have a fridge so deducting one star for that. Room to improve here 😉 The pool is decent sized and is open till late night. Plenty of parking space. Recommended for families, large groups and couples alike.

Great location and offer awesome experience overall. A new building has ground plus two floors n has all delux rooms and 2 suite rooms n basic toiletries, half of them facing pool n other half mountain view - both have good view. All rooms are very airy. Other executive rooms are Big enough for family of 2+2. Food was good too, we took all meals package n it was worth it. Monsoon is the best time to visit 😍

Awesome place and very good hospitality from Pegasus team. Rooms and place is well maintained. Good and tasty meals served. Very good and well mannered staff. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay a lot. We were not able to enjoy horse ride as the weather was rainy. We have made a mind to again visit the property.

Everything was class except for their pricing/process around EV charging. If you are planning an event there and have an EV vehicle, suggest checking pricing options elsewhere. The folks who manage the EV charging are very random and rude. They magically have setup some flat rate and stick to it (doesn't matter if you charge 10% of your batter or 100%). Apart from that, place is really good.

It’s a beautiful property. Food was great. Staff was courteous. We also enjoyed horse riding. Will visit again. PS: book during weekdays for peaceful stay.
