Treebo Blue Roof, Kelwa

had a wonderful experience at the Blue Roof Seaside Hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The pool area is amazing, and the view from the rooms is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious and added to the overall charm of the hotel 🥰

Rooms are neat and clean. The pool water is clean. The person who is on the reservation desk is arrogant and has an attitude issue. I reserved 3 rooms and it takes time to update the property's system. Cannot find the hotel easily. The board which is on the road needs to be bigger.

Zero customer service with lot of audacity from staff , especially from cook very arrogant approach, and manager did not provide basic things at room and we have to demand from such reputed name resort??? Very disgusting.

Rooms are decent. Location is not exactly by beach, but 7-8 min walk. Terrible attitude of management.
