Rooms are good. (At the ground floor, Make sure doors are closed else rats will enter. Also check if the geyser is working. Some rooms it does not) Service staff have room for improvement. The location is very good considering the tariff.

There is no sufficient staff in resort. Also no facilities & accomodation provided as they informed during booking. Rate taken high & services zero. Room also not clean. Don't go here. Waste of money.

Don't go by just seeing 5 star rating given by 49 people. Probably these are managed by them to attract people. They have motor to supply water which they will not bother to check if tank is emptied. Early morning there were no water and I was in washing room. Food not much option but over rated. Hotel itself is over rated. They haven't provided soap and AC Remote. After multiple times visiting reception they bothered to provide. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE NONVEG. They will tell that they can get it from other restaurant but they will charge 500/- Delivery charge 🤣 Breakfast - They will provide by 10 am. Hence no option for someone who wanted to leave hotel by 9am as most of us do. Again not much option in breakfast considering the price they charge Location - It's really beautiful location. Even for this hotel I would say.

This is a nice resort with amenities like Swimming pool, play area, car parking, and music systems. The staffs are good and snacks available are yummy. The food options are veg only and if you wanna order non-veg/ drinks, you can request them, they will deliver with Rs 300 extra delivery charge (as restaurant/ bar is around 8 kms away). The rooms are nice and can easily accommodate 4-6. There are 2 beds in each rooms. Washrooms are clean. They charged us Rs 5000 per room per night on Weekend during huge rush season (onset of monsoon). Nothing to do, during monsoon the rates are this high as they don't have much business other than monsoon.

Most pathetic and exploiting place... For using the washroom they asked for ₹50... This is enough to understand how low and cheap this place is...

The rooms are a bit small but have the basic facilities - clean bedsheets and hygienic washrooms. On weekday(monday) we paid Rs.3000/- for a bedroom that will accommodate 3 adults. The food we ordered was not that great. The ambience, location are excellent.
