Elite Hotel

We booked a king size bed 1 room for three people for one night on a weekday in October. Pros 1. The receptionist was very humble and well behaved. 2. Enough open car parking space for weekdays. 3. Free breakfast which was decent. 4. Balcony to get some open air. 5. Rooms have amenities such as kettle, chairs, table, TV, AC, fan, balcony has tables and chairs and flowers. 6. Terrace on 4th floor has tables and chairs to chill and enjoy the view. Things that can be improved 1. Maintenance of the room is needed. 2. Room Service can be improved. The rooms are small and the bathroom is equipped with a wall mounted container of shampoo, moisturizer and body wash but the containers did not work properly and needed replacement. The room felt like it needed some air and sunlight I felt moisture as soon as I entered the room. Also there is a Restaurant and Bar at the entrance. Overall it's worth the price and you may have to make small adjustments during your stay

I had an incredible stay at your hotel! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. The stay was awesome and the staff were very polite and made the stay super comfortable. The breakfast with the hill view was amazing. The staff upgraded the booking of room to a better room with a private balcony.... Good food and the stay is close to main road very near to the view points and sophisticated location. Enjoyed the stay . Will surely plan to visit again when in khandala.

Cleanliness - Very good Hygiene- Very Good Location - Very good Staff Behavior- Excellent Foods- Excellent Ambience- Very Good We have booked 2 rooms for 1 night stay. It's budget friendly. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean, and hygiene is maintained properly in the Washroom. We have taken dinner, and food is just awesome, Restaurant Ambiance is also very good. Only 1 thing I have missed in this hotel is Swimming Pool. I recommend staying in this hotel whenever you visit Lonavala.
