Hotel Inn One-o-five Resort

Pros - 1) Nice place & there are a plenty of places nearby to visit. 2) Rooms are neat & clean. Cons - 1) Hotel management is pathetic. 2) No Wifi. 3) Food is okay. 4) TV was not functional even after complaining several times. 5) Food isn't served in the room under any conditions. 6) Before the day of departure manager told us we can leave around 4pm, but when next morning we said we won't be having a breakfast & lunch here, he called & told us to empty the rooms right away. Won't recommend it to anyone.

It's just like Dharamshala kind of resort ! No security ! No Car Parking ! No Reception ! No Room Services ! No Cleanliness ! No Manners of attending of visitors ! ||The most important thing is that the owner will give instructions to us to follow (Like Mr. Bachchan in Gurukul) and how we should behave there even if you book room by OYO app.||They won't communicate at all in a professional way while talking.||Worst service ever. very rude staff and management. Inspite of correcting there mistakes, the Caretaker / Staffs are more interested in winning argument. You won't get food or any services after 7:30pm because they don’t have adequate number staffs. still they have mentioned 24/7 services available.||No Cleanliness at ALL : The water bottle kept for guests had fungus. So better carry mineral water with you. You need to be very lucky, if want to enjoy swimming pool. your swimming costumes are not allowed you have to get it on chargeable basis from them management.||Shower and taps were not working. Flow of water so low, that it takes 20min to fill a bucket to have a bathe. Also, the tap comes in hand while opening and closing taps.||Room furniture quality is also not good. No intercom or room service facility available. ||You can get the company of a few cockroaches / insects as well.

Hii to the Travellers.,||||This is the first time I am sharing a bad experience. I stayed in One-0-five for 2 days though the resort is good n maintain nicely ., The property is really big, with many big rooms, garden, swimming pool-whatever you look for in a resort; but they do not know how to behave with people. The owner is terrible; i have never seen an old aged man behave so rude with his customers. He was not at all welcoming instead it felt he do not want any guests in his resort. There is pool and playing area which is not functional. He was very insulting man. Food inside is very expensive and not worth the taste. Staff is good and helping. Food was really sub-standard and the dining hall had hygiene issues. The kitchen has limited food if you ask for puri bhaji , paratha or omlette they will serve only 1 thing either puri bhaji or omlette because that is how the menu is they simply don't know any hospitality.||||In these two days we also faced one horrow night which is not forgettable i.e middle of the night we heard some chaos of many people outside our varandah , then someone entering the next door room , moving around making some noises, banking our door very badly. We were very scared and wanted to open the door and see but could not open the door because of fear. we were not sure whether someone has come to loot us or it was an horror. ||||All I wanted to say is if you are on vacation and spending your money for quality service n if u don't get it it's really shameful. LONAVALA is beautiful.. If you are visiting Lonavala don't think of staying in One-0-five.

As a two hours journey from Mumbai, this hotel is conveniently located near the first Lonavala ramp from Mumbai side. Being very close to town center, it is pleasantly placed in no traffic zone. The rooms are super spacious and the hotel is so built that each room gets a personal garden connected to a central garden with small pathways that descend into a swimming pool.||||One additional benefit is when you sit with your kid in the garden looking at the moon, a through train passes in the distance over the hills. That thrilled my kid.||||I will not comment on food as this hotel is practically 2 mins from city center so never had opportunity to eat here. (Ok, we had one breakfast here and it was good and comparatively not so costly). The assistants jumped to our each request and I found them very courteous.||||All in all if you love a quite, relaxed and spacious stay this place should provide you that. If you love costly places with jazzy rooms with TVs, in house spas and uniformed helps, you will not be really thrilled but also will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for one night on 14th March 2015. Good property located away from main Lonavala city and sight points on the main highway. The location makes the place calm, quite and cool. Surrounded by maintained greenery, property has various categories of independent cottages, one dining hall and a swimming pool. We did not have food here as they have make to order food which was taking time. There are plenty fine dine restaurants in 3 KM vicinity from this place. Recommended for those who are looking for a place just to relax since the property lacks in recreational activities. Service is average; don't expect much! Very minimal staff but courteous. Property is widely spread, rooms are spacious but have below average ambiance, swimming pool is small and not looked after and has ample parking space. This is overall an average property.

Worst service ever. No matter if you stay for 3 days or 5 days, the bedsheets will be changed only after you check out. Also, very rude staff and management. Even after informing to keep the pool ready next day, we had to wait for 3 hrs to get a partially clean pool. Shower not working. Flow of water so low, that it takes 20min to fill a bucket to have a bathe. Also, the tap comes in hand while opening and closing taps. You can get the company of a few cockroaches as well.

Hi all travellers, | This is the first time I am sharing a bad experience. He was not at all welcoming instead it felt he do not want any guests in his resort. There is pool and playing area which is not functional. The pool is always closed on asking him to open the pool he didn't even bothered.He was very insulting man. Food inside is very expensive and not worth the taste. Staff is good and helping. All I wanted to say is if you are on vacation and spending your money for quality service n if u don't get it it's really shameful. LONAVALA is beautiful. Best season to visit is from July to march skip summers. If you are visiting Lonavala don't think of staying in One-0-five.

The owner is terrible; i have never seen an old aged man behave so rude with his customers.|| ||The moment you enter the owner will hand you a rulebook that you have to follow, rules include you cant wash your clothes not even your underwears; you have to give it to maid servant to wash it and pay money for it. Seriously i have never seen such rule anywhere in the world. The kitchen has limited food and they will serve only what is on menu; ask for omlette , they will give bread omlette bcs only omlette is not in menu; ask one plate chicken, they will give half-kg chicken, because that is how the menu is; they simply dont know any hospitality.||||One day we book a car to matheran from outside. we were ready to go out at 6 am, when the owner came out and asked why we did not book the car through him, and asked us if we are staying there we must book his car, such arrogant rude and sick minded man he is.||||We stayed there for 3 nights, only because it was my fathers bank holiday-home, so we paid very less compared to actual price. If you want to pay by your own, dont even think of staying here.
