Ten Cemmello Dukes Den Resorts

Good place to hangout with friends and family... Pool is disappointing part of stay.. it's around 100 meters away from rooms and looks like abandoned by someone. We face Electricity issue throughout our stay and it was on off every after couple of hours, water supply is purely depend on electricity so whenever there is no power there is no water too in washrooms... At night the climate was pleasant ofcourse thanks to Khandala... But no interruptions in your fun at night.. you can play loud music and can sit outside of your rooms and eat, drink, dance with freedom... Food was excellent both veg/non veg, breakfast and evening snacks was excellent too...

The location was okay. The place could have been maintained well. The rooms had a foul odour (like not in use for a long time). AC in few rooms were only making noice but had were inefficient to coll the entire room. The food was delicious. I tried Paneer bhurji and Chicken masala and both were delicious. There was no electricity for most of the time and the generator was not working for a few hours.

Good location to have a 1-2 days vacation without much disturbance of the city. Though the room charges are higher than a budget hotel, the quality of facilities in the rooms are not up to the mark. Not much maintenance is done and you can find lots of items that need repairs. Unfortunately I have not taken any photos inside the room. Exteriors are good.

Had a wonderful time at Dukes Den. Has a valley behind the resort which is extremely beautiful during the monsoon. The resort is not an exotic one, but it is under work and thus can expect better look and feel once it is done. Has a relatively large pool. The hospitality of all the employees is commendable. Food menu is quite limited. Overall, a great place to spend a weekend.

Rooms are good, before taking keys check A/C and boiler working in the room. The water in the swimming pool was not clear. Food was ok. One of the staff was arrogant but the manager was helpful. The location is a bit inside and the road is really bad. The bus can't go to the gate so you need to walk with luggage. Only one thing was exciting and that was the view from the hill which is 15 minutes walk from this place. At night, music system was provided by owner to enjoy with friends. One can ask for bonfire at night. Overall ok ok kind of place.

Though the property is not big its very peaceful. The rooms are very specious with good carving furniture. Bathroom is enough big . Each n every staff is too polite and supportive . Good and pleasant stay.

Overall I would say it's a nice boutique resort with all amenities the staff is great services are good the road was not great at time I went to stay but during my stay they made a new road which was great in just 2 days .food was good felt like home experience chef vishnu has good skills ..ambience while we was seating in restaurant is too good was relaxing n with rains pouring n fog along with it n hot food it was breath taking all together .I look forward to come over again I stayed 15days n was total relaxation the manager Mr rakesh was very helpful during the stay .good work Ten Cemmello team .

Nice place to relax and refresh... Amazing staff.. Salman, Alam and Sunny are very helpful with quick service... The GM Mr. Rakesh is very friendly and approachable.... The food here is amazing... Pet friendly place with a beautiful green landscape.... A beautiful valley walkable from the resort.... A place you should visit.... Home away from home... A great get away.
