Rooms are big with a huge bathroom. But furniture and carpets of luxury category rooms are little worn out. Can definitely expect better from a 5 star. It is an expensive resort. Also, swimming pool can be better as per 5 star standards. The resort is beautiful with good restaurants and good hospitality. Good activities for adults and kids both. Ambiance and vibe in the resort overall is really good.

I recently visited Della Adventure Resort, and I must say the adventure activities and the overall resort experience were truly amazing! The wide range of activities offered caters to all age groups and thrill levels, ensuring there's something for everyone. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is vibrant and exciting. The staff handling the activities were professional and ensured safety at all times, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the restaurant services left much to be desired. The food quality was decent, but the service was quite slow, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff. We had booked for dinner at the resort (expecting five-star dinner according to the price they charged us), but they set it up in a banquet hall with very limited items. It felt like we were having dinner at a budget Wedding. It took a long time for our order to arrive, and some items were even missed. This part of the experience felt a bit disappointing compared to the high standards set by the rest of the resort. Overall, I'd still recommend Della Adventure Resort for its fantastic activities and ambiance. With some improvements in the restaurant service, it could be a perfect getaway spot!

I stayed at Della for a friend’s wedding. On the day of the checkout front desk showed up at my room asking for checkout timing. Considering I was quite unwell the night before and on antibiotics: I told them 12:30 pm. To ensure I eat and my medicine before leaving. At 12 a woman front desk shows up straight up asking me to leave. I informed her I was unwell and needed time. Also informed her I have ordered breakfast and waiting for it. She has entered my room, called in room dining and asked them if we have even ordered food or not and enquired how long ago. Disrespecting me and trying to enquire if I was lying. She has taunted me that the food was ordered not too long ago and again asked me to leave. I obviously lost my cool and shut the door. The woman has come back again to tell me I will have to pay if I stay more to eat. I informed her I am going to leave and not stay at such a horrible hotel. She has come again to tell me my breakfast has been canceled and I can now leave. This is the most ridiculous hospitality, horrible service and staff training I have ever witnessed. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Since 15 minutes I am waiting for the duty manager to call me and take my complaint. I never write reviews but this was utter nonsense and so disrespectful.

Our recent day outing at Della Resort, Lonavala, was an unforgettable experience, marking our second visit after 14 years—and it was every bit as magical as we remembered! The resort has transformed beautifully over the years, evolving into a luxurious haven that combines adventure, relaxation, and world-class hospitality. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with the same warmth and attention to detail that made our first visit so memorable. The property is impeccably maintained, with lush landscaping and an elegant design that instantly sets the mood for a perfect getaway. This time, we indulged in their thrilling adventure activities, and the options were endless! From adrenaline-pumping zip lines to fun-filled indoor games, there was something for everyone. The dining experience was top-notch—each dish bursting with flavor and served with impeccable presentation. It was a treat for the senses, just like the ambiance of the resort itself. What truly stood out was the staff's dedication to ensuring we had an exceptional time. Every little detail was taken care of, making our day outing smooth and enjoyable. Visiting Della after 14 years felt like revisiting a piece of cherished history but with an added sense of modern luxury and excitement. Whether for adventure, relaxation, or just soaking in the beauty of Lonavala, Della Resort remains unmatched. We look forward to coming back, and this time, not waiting another 14 years!

I recently stayed at this so called 4-star resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. For the premium rates they charge, the in-room facilities were severely lacking and felt no better than a standard 2- or 3-star accommodation. The food was exorbitantly priced, and to make matters worse, the quality was extremely poor. It was my first visit, and it will undoubtedly be my last. The significant disparity between the cost and the quality provided felt unfair, and such practices make it seem almost criminal to treat customers this way. I do not recommend this resort to anyone expecting true 4-star standards or value for their money.

A good weekend getaway for Mumbaikars! Rooms were clean and maintained. Service and politeness of their staff was very good. Do not miss the breakfast. They have a good variety and taste is top notch. Overall a good experience.

Really not worth for its price. I have planned to celebrate my wife's birthday here but I didn't find it price for money. 1) i had already done my advance payment while booking but When I reached here, they asked to pay me 5k per night as deposit (god knows for what) so i had to pay 15k upfront for 3 nights. More surprise: they will return me deposit in cash. Really embracing digital payment !!!!!! 2) i had booked camp Della resort room which was kind of tent house with wooden flooring and plush Greenery. It's ok but when I asked for extra bed they provide me bed on the floor. Even 3 star hotel gives folding bed. My fear was about insect to sleep on floor with this plush Greenery with wooden tent. Snake also can be found. 3) my fear for insects came alive when I see big size leech hanging on my curtain. It was there whole day just i noticed late. It would have bite to my kids. 4) Housekeeping and reception number also don't work properly from room.

The property is also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. Overall, Della Resorts isn’t just a stay; it’s an experience. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or even a corporate retreat, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommend Della Resorts for its luxury, service, and unique offerings.
